This place is a gem! First steps with our puppy such as socialization, some commands and behaviors were so important and helpful to get in place to have an easier time with our dog. We had previous experience, with different dogs we had, with different trainer, but the combination of, Tay, Zoom class and in class dog socialization is brilliant. We took our puppy, Luna, to S.T.A.R puppy course, and Tay in a positive, kind and patient guidance, has helped us shape Luna to a much relaxed, well behaved puppy. As puppy gets so easily distracted, it always good to start with minimal distractions, and add some, once behavior is established, so working from home in Zoom, was an excellent idea, which also left us more time, to communicate with Tay, ask her many questions - to all we got answers. The place where puppies get to socialize, is super clean, you get to see the puppies in video in Zoom, and see how well they manage it. Overall, super easy and enjoyable, not to mention puppy socialization is a must, and well behaved puppy makes life so much simple! Thanks team, and hope to see you in CGC class!

Terrific service all around! First intake/meet and greet was thorough, detailed, and Jen the owner herself came with the sitter assigned to my dates, Kristina. They know their stuff, and did so well with our 2 German shepherds, one of whom can be super protective/reactive to strangers. Kristina sent detailed and fun sitter reports with tons of awesome pics after each visit. I love being able to support a local business and women-owned businesses, as I am one too! :)

Jen and her team really love what they do, and it shows with the amount of love and care they give to my girls. JenLovesPets is amazing! Jennifer and her team are always amazingly attentive and genuinely love their pup-clients. We never have a worry about our babies when Jen’s team is on the job! We have been with her company for over four years. Jen and her team have always been so loving and more importantly EDUCATED on proper care and training (positive reinforcement) with our pups. She even taxied our pups to/from our wedding venue and watched them the entire night of our wedding until we arrived home. I can’t rave enough about this crew! Jen Loves Pets is the best pet sitters I've ever used. For the past three years we have trusted them with the care of our cat Mellow when we left town and always come back to a happy and well loved Kitty. Getting daily updates on how he's doing, along with many pictures, really sets your mind at ease. I was always able to relax more knowing he was being taken care of. When I told Jen we were moving she offered to help me find a good pet sitter in my new city. She not only took Mellow's well being seriously when he was under her care, she's help assure he'll be taken care of when we move. I can't recommend them enough!

Jen is a passionate and dedicated business owner, I really appreciate how she took the time to have a one on one meet and greet to get to know my cat! Nadia, Tiffany, and the rest of the girls take great care of my tabby whenever I travel! The notes are always very thorough and traveling is a bit easier knowing that my furbaby is getting plenty of love. Time to pet (app) and the pictures are an awesome feature! JenLovesPets is amazing! The team truly loves the pets they care for! They are awesome with more difficult pets too, my dog is reactive when she's on leash and the team stays alert to keep her away from other dogs. I always feel the love in the messages from each visit, and the pictures help ease my separation anxiety from my dog! My dog doesn't always love new people, but she is always ecstatic to see her JLP friends and I'm pretty sure she likes them more than me!

Jen is wonderful with the dogs. She treats them like her own. My dog doesn't want to leave when I pick her up. She has such a great time playing there. I highly recommend Jen. Her family is great too.

JenLovesPets is THE BEST. Jen and all her staff are so caring and wonderful with animals. Our one chihuahua is, well, fearful and hostile with most strangers... But she was sitting in Jen's lap by the end of Jen's first visit and so far she has also taken to any assistants Jen has introduced. Jen's even given me some tips for better results walking her. It's like having the dog whisperer come work with your pets. :-) Also, it's such a relief. Before I found Jen I really hated traveling because I was so worried about how traumatized my dogs were without me. Now I can relax knowing they are relaxed, getting attention, and being cared for. OH and she also has a professional pet photographer who is on her staff who took some amazing photos of our dogs for us for a very reasonable price when she was watching them.

Jen is an amazing pet-sitter! She will always go above and beyond for her clients. My cat Mozart got out of the house a few months ago (our fault, not hers) and she was so concerned and invested that she helped put fliers up around the neighborhood and so much more. We also used to have a dog that did not get along with anyone but us, but Jen worked tirelessly to win Lucy over and they became best of friends. That was a great relief to us!
