I only wish there were more than 5 stars. We visited LaJolla in June from Philadelphia for 2 weeks for the US Open with our 2 dogs in tow. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the services of DogZenergy. We travel often with our dogs and they were EVERYTHING you want for your dogs-loving care, communication, flexibility and reasonable rates. Beyond that they rescued us from a very difficult situation. We always ship our clothes and golf clubs via Fed Ex. In this case it was 5 boxes (2 of which were our clubs and other things like dog beds etc). Fed Ex delivered them to a site in La Jolla that wasn’t large enough to store them until we arrived. The only people I knew in La Jolla were DogZenergy. I called Carlee and explained the problem, without hesitation, she located Tyler (big and strong) with a van. He picked all the boxes and delivered them to our rented house. When we arrived (our flight was delayed 9 hours from Philadelphia-whole other story), they were sitting in our living room. Not only is DogZenergy a superlative dog sitting service, they are great caddies!! Highly recommended.

Honestly DogZenergy and specifically Lara changed my life! I knew my doggo needed to see other humans besides me and I could not be more pleased with DogZenergy and Lara. The first time I signed Juan (my dog) up I have literally not had one instance go poorly. Lara (and the rare time there was another great substitute) was always on time and made sure Juan had the best walk! When I had my knee surgery and couldn’t walk him, DogZenergy provided great walkers for Juan so he could get the exercise he needed. I am so sad we are moving to Boston since it’s literally impossible to find a professional and reputable service like DogZenergy. I am so grateful for your whole team!

BEWARE: DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY WATCH YOUR ANIMALS I was at the Farmer's market last Sunday and DogZenergy was hired to watch dogs for patrons and venders of the market. I did not have my dog there (nor will I ever after witnessing the events this Sunday) There were two dogs that were tied to the fence with a leash and they were barking incessantly. I asked the woman watching the dogs if she could move them further away from the other dogs or pay attention to them in order to stop the dogs from barking as it was hard to even carry on a conversation with the incessant barking. She petted one for a minute and then left to get on her cell phone. When I again approached her to ask that she please control the dogs she was being paid to watch, she said "Look lady, what do you expect me to do?" I replied, "The job you are being paid for". I then posted a review on Yelp. She had a fit and was insisting to my colleague that the review MUST BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY! My colleague replied "the review appears to be accurate, and if you want it removed, you need to take it up with Rita." I understand that dogs will not always stop barking immediately, but if I was that dogs owner, I would have been incensed. In addition, instead of threatening and yelling at a consumer of the Farmer's Market, perhaps it would be better if this lady actually listened to complaints and tried to resolve them. I also suspect that there are no bad reviews on Yelp as she threatens and yells to have her way. I did not remove the review, so she must have paid for the YELP advertising to have it removed. After over 20 years self employed myself, I know that Yelp does not remove reviews normally unless you pay to have them removed.

I would recommend DogZenergy to anyone who needs a caring and reliable dog walker! Their process is seamless and everyone I've met through this company is so kind and really cares about the dogs, like they were their own!! Very impressed!

I have observed Brandi and her associates at the PB dog park on a few occasions. I would absolutely entrust my “babies” to these ladies.
