Kind and understanding. My Kizzy was so sick, I appreciate the understanding and caring provided by the staff when I had to make the hardest decision.

Went here for my pets emergency. No one would take us in because it was suoer crowded but they did. Not only that but they were friendly and I felt like they actually cared even though they were also super buys. Thankyou so much for taking care of our pet!!!

Brought our 13 year old dog to the Urgent Care with a foot injury. The staff saw us promptly and were very caring. They helped our dog in and out of the car gently and were very good with her. Great service and care. Highly recommend.

The staff at center veterinary clinic treat my fur babies like their own. They always have the best interest in my fur families health. I feel always comfortable with the care they provide and we always leave with a smile. I’m so happy we chose them as our vet provider!

The team of vet and assistants that were working the urgent care were able to get us in as soon as possible after hours of normal business hours and instantly had answers for us that could have been fatal if they didn’t show their love for the job like they did. Amazing team. I will definitely refer this facility and bring my dog back.

Caring staff who always provide options regarding plan of care. Recent addition of after-hours urgent care is a great benefit since short notice appointments can be very difficult to arrange.

Such a great urgent care facility. My cat was showing signs of a bladder infection and they were very attentive to him. When I called for follow up questions / concerns, they always were very responsive.

After trying two days to book an appointment with my regular veterinary office, I was so appreciative to have care for my Kitty Cat on a weekend. The staff and doctor were all very professional and friendly. It wasn't a serious emergency, but an injury that was causing pain - I was a relief to have someone help and administer medication to ease my pet's pain.

I have started taking my pets here and I am very happy. The employees are always on point and take great care of my fur babies. They disclose costs before doing anything, and keep you updated through any procedures. When my dog was in surgery they called me several times to update me on anything and on how my pup was doing. Also my dog doesnt get along with other dogs, so they take special care that when she is in the clinic that she wont interact with any other dogs. That was my biggest worry and now after being here several times, I feel at ease. I really appreciate the team and all they do. I have also used urgent care, and also love it. Its nice to have somewhere to go when its too late for the regular vet office.

Dr. Matt is great. My kitties don't like the vet (what cats do?), but Dr. Bigelow and his staff are very kind and gentle with my nervous babies. Dr. Bigelow goes above and beyond for the critters. Mrs. B runs a great office!

This place is beyond amazing!!! I brought my 11 year old dog in here after being misdiagnosed at another hospital. They saved my dogs life!!! They were so nice and treated us like family. If you need a vet that treats your fur baby like one of their own...then come here!

Rest assured Dr. Bigelow, the other veterinarians and staff will care for your beloved animal is if he/she were their own. Friendly staff make you and your furry companion feel like family from the minute you walk in the door. Our dog, Cyrus, actually runs up to the door whenever we take him to Center Vet. THE BEST!!

Love this clinic and highly recommend bring your pet here! My dog had severe neck pain and when I called for any openings, they asked if I could come check in for urgent care in 30 minutes! I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. Despite being a walk-in, it was very efficient - I was in and out in around 2 hours. Above all, the staff was super kind and responsive. They were awesome with communication in the days following, especially when I brought up additional concerns. Really appreciated getting care here when my dog was in pain. He’s doing a lot better now thanks to Center Vet + Urgent Care!

They were the only Emergency/Urgent Care vet open to take in more animals. I called 20 places for my dog and they were the only ones who didn't turn me away. When handling my dog they were so sweet and caring, the entire time there I felt comfortable with them caring for my dog.

Words cannot begin to explain how kind these workers were. I called so many emergency vets prior to calling them and I had been yelled at, told the issue wasn’t something they were concerned about— and finally I found these guys. I called and they got my cat in right away, and of course she was ultimately fine and probably playing me if I think about it, but they still cared and ran every test they needed to to ensure that nothing was wrong internally. I completely recommend them to absolutely everyone looking for an emergency vet.

The staffs in the clinic are patient, friendly and responsive. Dr. Emily and Desi are professional and provided us clear and simple directions of taking care of our kitty. Highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for a quality and peace of mind examination for your cats.

Cannot express enough how grateful we were to have Center Vet Clinic. Our kitty Dave was having severe GI issues for a few days and after being turned away from the VCA we came here during their urgent care hours. The tech/receptionist Kristin was unbelievably professional and kind, despite dealing with a high number of patients awaiting care. We were quoted a 2 hour wait time but were fortunate to be able to get Dave checked in in under an hour, with the vet, Dr. Brown examining her within 30 minutes. Dr. Brown was also very kind, caring and communicative- she was clearly concerned and focused on treating our cat, and super informative. She answered all of our questions thoughtfully and patiently, and gave us a clear treatment plan. I know there are some horror stories out there about vet urgent care, but this place really went above and beyond, and we are so so thankful. 100% recommend- thank you CVC!

Center Vet Clinic is amazing. They are always on time and treat my dog with tender loving care. They follow up with a phone call after procedures or vaccinations. Very professional and well run business. I highly recommend them for your furry family members.

It’s taken me time to write this review because it was too painful to write about the passing of my Toby. He was with me for 16 years. I went to the urgent care late at night and from the moment I walked in I was treated with kindness. Let me tell you this was the first time me taking in my dog to the urgent care since my regular vet doesn’t open at night. Dr. Vallejo was patient and understanding since my dog needed to be put down as he was suffering with seizures and pain. She treated me like a friend, she was there giving me support I didn’t feel so alone (I went by myself btw) and made me feel at ease with the difficult process of saying goodbye to my best friend. After that I asked to take him home cause I wanted to bury him. They prepared the most beautiful box and attached a beautiful poem and a picture of doggie passing the rainbow. Which felt so heartfelt cause they didn’t have to do that I wasn’t charged for the box also. After this they sent me a handwritten postcard with a beautiful message and everyone that was there that night including Dr. Vallejo signed it. I have NEVER been treated with such KINDNESS and understanding. They made an unbearable process beautiful. Thank you so much so much for treating me and Toby in such a way I will never forget it. If anyone is thinking of bringing your pet here don’t hesitate. Their prices are reasonable and the service is unparalleled. Thank you again❤️
