I have never written a review before, but I have also never had an experience like this before. We found Olga because my husband wanted a cinnamon kitten, and she responded right away to say that she had two. This would be the only time she responded right away. So, we went the next day to see them, and we placed a deposit on a cinnamon girl and a golden boy. Olga told us the kittens would be ready in three weeks, which was important to us because my husband is in the military and would be leaving soon after. We did not actually receive them for ten weeks – not three. We waited the initial three weeks, and then messaged on the day Olga instructed us to do so, but Olga never responded to me. So, my husband messaged her, and she told him that the kittens still had not received their shots. Each time we were told a specific date the kittens would be ready, my husband sent Olga a message, which she did not respond to until that night or the following day. She always responded with a new reason why we could not pick up the kittens – sometimes she was supposedly out of the country and other times she was ill. They were never excuses that I could outright determine to be lies, but now I have reason to believe that they were. When we finally received our kittens, they were noticeably ill, but I could not get an appointment with my vet until the following week. Now, I have learned that they have upper respiratory infections, giardia cysts, and ringworm. They were severely dehydrated. The girl has had the tip of her tail broken, and my vet assumes it was probably closed inside a door. I have had these kittens for one week and have already spent an additional thousand dollars on tests and five medications to try and cure them of these illnesses. Now, my husband is gone with the military, and I have to deal with this alone. In addition to these things, I did not receive the kitten I placed a deposit on. I took photos of the kitten I placed a deposit on, and my vet confirmed that the kitten I received is not the same. I was supposed to get a cinnamon tortoiseshell kitten, which is clearly stated in my contract, but instead I received a solid chocolate one. My husband even asked Olga about the kitten’s color, and she assured him that the kittens simply darken as they age. Even if this was true, its tortoiseshell spots would not have vanished, and I trust in my vet’s opinion over hers. This angers me most of all because we only dealt with Olga in the first place to get a specific color of kitten that my husband wanted. I sent Olga another message about all these things, and of course, she has again refused to respond to me. If you purchase kittens here, please be prepared to spend additional money on their health, as I am certain the other kittens must have infections like mine. My vet insisted that I inform her of the ringworm, but she has not responded to me, so I assume that she does not care much.

Honest review. We got our kitten from Olga for about two months. If you are thinking about getting a kitten from the breeder, please hear my experience: The first week our boy had the Upper Respiratory Infection, and he was so sick that we thought he would not have make it. He got better after taking different antibiotics and injection shot (treatment lasted about 3 weeks). Just when we thought that our kitten was going to remain healthy again, we found out that he has ringworm. Now while the ringworm is still not fully treated, he is showing swollen eye symptom and sneezing again. After reading some of the reviews on this page, we really hope he does not have FIP because it will be devastated to us since we have already taken him as a member of our family. On one hand, I hope all the kittens she is breeding found a home with someone who is really going to take good care of them and actually will value them as family members and give them love they need. But on the other hand, I really hope this type of breeder do not get any business for how they treat animals as commodities. A few tips if you are getting kitten from her (as she has about 20 kittens for sale on the website right now). 1.PLEASE go get your kitten a health examination right when you get them. We made a mistake for waiting. Our kitten seemed very healthy when we got him but symptoms started to show a few days after and got worsen pretty rapidly. 2. Get ready to spend more $$ on the hospital bills. We won't be able to get covered by insurance because he got sick before we can get approved. The $$ we spent on him since we got him, $228.64 + $137.98 + $32 + $129 + $128 +$85 = $740.88 (hospital bill). The bills include 2 vaccines that we boosted since the info on the vaccination form she gave us is incorrect, so we just redid it to be safe. 3.Check every info on the documents when you are picking up your kitten. Make sure the date of birth, name, sex is correct. The medical records we got shows the wrong sex. I am here writing this just to show my experience and help people who are about to get their friend from Olga. We love my kitten, and we hate to see what he is going through. If you got one from this breeder, or about to, please get ready about what you might face, and please provide the love and care to them. If you recently got a kitten from her, I would love to see how are your kittens doing, especially if you got a lilac kitten because we want to see how our boy's siblings doing and whether or not you guys are going through the same thing. WE HOPE ALL ANIMALS ARE HEALTHY AND WELL.

From my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a cat from CatsKingdomUSA. Do not support or spend your money here. We purchased our chocolate BSH, Walter, from Olga at the beginning of the pandemic. We tried to give Olga the benefit of the doubt given the challenging times, but it was an extremely stressful and frustrating process. We were promised weekly photos which didn't happen, many texts (which were limited to once every two weeks) went unanswered, and pick up dates were rescheduled with little warning. We thought did our due diligence before purchasing (however our BSH contact did say Olga was active in the show world, not breeding, and was rather new to breeding cats), but honestly we were still worried it was all a scam because of the poor communication, even writing to TICA to confirm she existed. It even turned into a joke with friends and family, that we were getting cat-fished! We drove to pick Walter up and when we got him, he was missing a very large patch of hair on his tail - it was very very raw and was painful for him. How does a huge chuck of hair come out like that? Once Walter was home, he didn't seem socialize at all. We love him so much but he still struggles with new people, is aggressive and bullies our other cat, lacks some typical cat hygiene behaviors, and is just generally a skittish boy. Sad to see others with FIV experiences - our vet also thought poor Walter was positive based on his symptoms, but the test came back negative. We will be going back for a follow up test after reading recent bad reviews on Google, Yelp, and Reddit. Our vet also commented on his teeth - she said the level of gingivitis and decay was very advanced for such a young cat, referred us to a dentist after saying he likely would be toothless by age 2. We brush his teeth daily. She suggested poor breeding was the issue. All very concerning. There are better breeders out there, especially when you are spending thousands of dollars.

Went to this cattery and picked up my kitty 2 years ago. It’s a nice and neat cattery, all cats with various color and pattern went to the door and greet me????. There are almost 20 of them. The kitten I got has a cute and friendly temperament, well socialized and very healthy. I love him so much, and thank you for breeding such cute angels! Suodi

Me and my wife came from Utah to pick up our kitten from Olga, everything went pretty well, she invited us to know her cattery, we also knew our kitten’s parents, she explained everything to us, gave us some food and a crate. Our kitten came back with us to Utah, super calm and relaxed, we didn’t have any problems, he ate and used the litter box on the way back. He is with us for 3 weeks, we took him to the vet, the Dr called him “a healthy little beast”. He is the sweetest cat I ever seen, we are so happy with him, Olga named him Samuil and we renamed him Ollie. After all, it was a great experience, I highly recommend Olga, specially because we had to deal with A LOT OF SCAMMERS before finding her, we were really concerned, but, amazing experience. We have had two wonderful experiences with Olga and her beautiful cats. This is our second kitten from Catskingdom USA, and we absolutely love her! She has an adorable personality and has adjusted perfectly with our other cat (now 2 years old) and our two King Charles Cavaliers. Thank you Olga for breeding such healthy and beautiful British Shorthairs. We would highly recommend Olga as she cares about not only her cats, but the breed overall and for the cat you will adopt from her.

We are so pleased with the kitty we got from Cats Kingdom USA. Olga was very responsive when I reached out and had the perfect kitty for what we were looking for. She was just under 4 months old which was good for that early nurturing and development stage. We were able to pick her up the very next day. Olga had all of her documents in order, had vet records, etc. You can tell that our kitty had been held and socialized a lot because she is so mellow, so calm, so sweet. I took her to the vet 2 days after we brought her home and they did a full check of her. Said she's very healthy and they loved her sweet demeanor. They told me all the folks at their office wanted to kidnap her, she's so sweet. We've had her over a month now and she has brought so much joy to our house. Acclimated very well with our 8 yr old cat after just one week and they are best friends now. I've read some of the negative reviews but our experience was great.

Buying from Catkingdomusa has been an outstanding experience for me. I reached out to Olga in hopes of finding a quality show cat with a good personality and that’s just what I got. She responded quickly to my questions about adoption and we were able to set up a pick up date right away. When I arrived to her home I was able to come inside view the cattery and see the parents to my kitten as well. She explained to me everything I needed to know about my kitten and I received vet records and transfer of ownership was already complete and given to me on paper. After this experience I went back to Olga for another kitten and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service she provided. She was even able to meet me half way to pick up the kitten for a small fee which was very helpful the second time considering I was coming from out of town. I highly recommend going to Olga if you’re looking for a kitten. I will definitely be visiting her cattery again in the future!

When we decided to bring a British Shorthair kitten into our empty nest we found catskingdom. I spoke with Olga the owner. She explained her process and helped me choose my kitten from online photos. Olga explained how she socializes and plays with the kittens until they're old enough to leave their mom. I picked Ollie up at her home and was impressed at how clean it was. She trimmed Ollie's nails before she placed him into my arms. Olga asked me to take care of him. She said I know this is a business but I get attached to the kittens. She encouraged me to text pictures of him in the future. Every now and then I will text her a pic of my gorgeous Ollie. She always responds with a nice comment. Ollie has not had any health problems and is very strong and playful. We love him so much!!

We've got our wonderful cat from Catskingdomusa and in general satisfied with experience. Our cat - Huxley, is 3 years old now, so far we didn't have any issues (good health, behaving well, kind personality).
