Had an appointment at 10 and they never opened the place not even a phone call to cancel or reschedule. So unprofessional

Not happy at all. I’ve been taking my two Pomeranians here to get groomed by Steve and John for approximately 8 years. To say I was shocked to find out they left without informing their customers is an understatement. I decided to give the new owners a try. I went to pick up my Pomeranian and I was again in shock. He looked like the clippers attacked him. His nails weren’t trimmed and I highly doubt he even had a bath. He still had crusty goop in his eyes. I asked the owner if he had a bath and he replied “smell him”. I know when my dog has a bath his hair is fluffy not crimped. I am going to attach pictures. They also charged $60 for this cut and no bath no nails trimmed. Steve and John would have never let an owner pick up their dog like this. Never coming back here again.

Had the BEST experience. They groomed my poodle to perfection and were so kind and lovely. Note: take cash as they don’t take credit card haha.

Hi, we have been bringing our dogs here since 1990. Steve and John have been the greatest groomers and wonderful men to know. They treated each dog with care and gentleness. Each visit was a wonderful experience and their humor was always amazing. However, today when we visited with our dog for her appointment we placed 4 weeks ago, the shop was totally dismantled inside. We were greeted by strangers and when I stepped outside to see if the business was suddenly gone, the man behind the counter assured me this was the right place.... totally confused, I told him I needed to leave and think about this... he offered me a $10 discount for my return visit, but I was still a bit in shock. All I could wonder about on my drive home was what happened to Steve and John? Certainly they could have given us some notice? Was this a planned owner shift or something else?? We hope to learn more, but realize the same old place is no more....

Fantastic place to take your dog. Make sure to call first to schedule any appointments so you don't have to wait. Got my German shephards nails cut and the care and quality is incredible.

They will muzzle your dog. Stay away. Even if your dog isn’t a biter or aggressive they do it to protect themselves. My poor dog will NEVER go there again. It’s so sad

I took a sick friends golden doodle in for some TLC. She was heavily matted with a lot of that red staining white dogs get. (what do I know-I have a genetically bald doberman with alopecia) I had read great reviews and then one day totally random I ended up idling in front of this shop while my friend ran into the market and caught up with the owner closing up shop. obviously fate! So making it perfectly clear that they would shave Jasmine as I made the appointment, squeezing in a big job like a neglected Golden Doodle for the next day. They squeezed in trimming my dobies nails with their famous $5 nail trim even while we waited. Meeting the 2 owners was the highpoint of my week. They could not wait to fo the "big reveal" and they crooned over her the way we do and the love they have for dogs and their business was so obvious. They gave me a recommendation for a dentist, they gave the dog the works and she was not freaked out at all, although she was new to groomers. Both dogs got an amazing bow. Can't wait to go back if only for all the positive energy.

omg!!! my dog look sooo much better!! specially her hair. The lady I had really did an amazing job. They listened to all my concerns but the one thing that really made an inpact was how confortable my doggy was with her. And my dog is super shy!

I brought my Boxer there for his first time and they did not put a muzzle on my dog...and my dog is nervous when he doesn't know somebody. He came out shiny and smelling fresh and clean

Steve and John are over-the-top wonderful. I leave their shop with my little Maltese dog looking absolutely gorgeous with little wedge cut ears! And the Bows John makes for her are so cute, I get compliments all the time.

I have two dogs that need to be groomed. This place is nearby with good reviews so I wanted to take them here. Since they don't have a website to make an appointment, I called. The guy that answered seemed VERY ANNOYED just from answering the phone. I politely told him I have two dogs that need to be groomed. He responded with the most smug and annoyed tone, "well they're gonna have to be done next week!" then hung up. I'm surprised this place has such high reviews with someone like that working there. I wouldn't trust him with my dogs if he has no patience to simply answer a damn phone. Your services are not that important. I'll wash my dogs myself, thanks.

My fur baby "Bella Mia" has been getting groomed at canine image since she was a couple of months old. Bella's groomers name is April ..she is awesome! She does a excellent job grooming my dog. Even though my dog has straight difficult hair. The atmosphere at canine image is very clean. The people are friendly and I feel like they have a passion for what they do!

I LOVE this place♥️???? I appreciate them treating my dog as an individual and unique. They take the best care of her and she is excited to go! Weird I know. I am loyal to them and always will be! Thank you for taking care of my baby!
