My daughters brought there dogs in and asked for a short trim and the man shaved them all the way down, what a shame there puppies so hopefully there coat will grow right. Horrible customer service the man does what he wants

My girlfriend left a review on yelp, but I wanted to leave a google review as well because these people are sooooo so so kind and they get the job done. They deserve all the great reviews! Anywho! We spent a good hour tryna find a good spot to take our Corgi (Ichiro) because we got ripped off from our last groomers. They usually take an hour to an hour and a half to finish everything up, and that’s totally fine. They’re not too pricey, and their customer service is amazing. The last groomers I went to had trouble cutting their nails, but when I went to Bark Out Loud, they had no trouble at all. They even put a cute bandana on Ichiro! This has to be one of the best decisions we’ve made in 2020, so thank you so much Bark Out Loud! We’ll definitely be back! ❤️

They seemed really nice but my dog had a terrible rash after she left for a week.

I’ve been to many different grooming shops in San Diego. This was hands down my BEST experience! Great pricing and staff. Lisa did an AMAZING job on my yorkie. Also super convenient location to run errands while waiting Would definitely recommend

This place is great! They're so nice and they do a great job grooming my two dogs. My dogs never like going to the groomer and are always so anxiety-ridden when they leave, but they're always very calm when I pick them up from Bark Out Loud. This place is a gem!

First and last time I take my babies here. I specifically told them not to anything from the top of their head and they cut it. I wanted that hair long so I could put it in a ponytail. Now I have to wait months for it to grow. I dont understand why they ask for special instructions when they're not even going to follow them. Plus the guy didn't know how to handle two puppies when he was bringing them out. Worst place for dog grooming. Never going back. Regret taking them here.
