Arrieros pet store is in the neighborhood i grew up in SHERMAN HEIGHTS now let me tell you....This place really blew my mind with their customer service and friendliness. This pet store is awsome and their prices rock. Now I've been here before a couple times in and out real quick i think i was looking to buy a couple canaries but the people before were different owners. I will definitely be coming back for my pets needs. Love this place.

The price of birds is very high, and inside the place is a small room with no oxygen for chickens and birds. This is a bad thing and I do not recommend this place

I have bought numerous birds from this pet-shop, and it has been and overall a good experience. If your looking for specific bird food, this is the place to go. They have variety, quality, and they are very affordable.

The animals are not living well in this place! They are being neglected. When there to buy bird seeds and when we walk in the male working there had just spray chemicals in the floor to mop but i notice the birds cage are on the floor!!!!? He didn't realize bird are there?!?!? Also there was another room where roosters kept singing and i notice there cage. They dont fit in them!!!! Some baby chicks are almost bald and had almost no food nor cant reach food bowl because they are small. Very little ventilation and lots of there products are over price. I feel horrible for this birds.????

Salesman very knolegable in pet birds as well as farm birds (poultry, pheasants, pidgeins etc.). Just about everything you would need keep birds. Good prices and service.

Visited this pet shop about 2 years ago. We were looking for my sons first bird. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The selection was decent and prices were reasonable. We were very happy with our selection. The bird was very healthy and great looking. My son named his bird Chirpo, he is doing great, we are thinking of buying another one in the very near future and one for my mom. Definitely recommend this shop. It took me a while to write this post because I had misplaced the business card, I do not live in California. So we bought the bird and traveled to another state. That should even let you know how healthy the animals are!

Very happy with my purchase

Bought a bird from them last week and the bird is mean and we can't do anything with him, he has bit my husband and I several times and drawn blood. Along with trying to bite my other bird through the cages. They won't take him back. We payed $320 for him and we were told that they handled him and he would get along with other birds

Wide variety of birds to choose from. Store is always clean and neat. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable too. I bought a bird cage from them and some cockatiel birds. Thank you very much for your business.

Been coming to Arrieros Pet Shops for a couple of years. I'm very happy with the selection of birds and small pets available and their knowledge in terms of care. Food is always fresh, and they offer a variety of toys and pet accessories. Prices are fair and reasonable. Very satisfied every visit !!!

Old man does not care for birds! When I bought my birds he seemed paranoid. I went home to find out my birds were sick I had to pay a lot of money to take them to the vet or they could have died!

Cheap shop for shots and lots of birds

Nice family owned and operated pet shop. Good variety of birds. Lots of cages and miscellaneous. Two locations, so if one doesn't have it they will try to locate it in the other. Also if buying several items I have been able to get discounts!!!

I went to see inside and the place is really small everything was dusty they had random seeds in bags also dusty they had a small part that had toys very dusty I guess nobody has touch that in years and the birds were inside cages that are way to small the place was not great don't go here

Lets start off saying that birds here are in very poor condition i worry for their health. My son and i bought a bunny here expecting it to be a life long family member, 3 days later it died not only breaking my heart but my sons heart! When i called the owner his response was "how weird". When i asked him what was he gonna do about it he only offered a discount on another one. We will not be going back and do not recommend this place at all! Why is this place even open?
