The ladies at this shop seem to genuinely love animals, and they are always working hard. Holly is the groomer who cares for my doodle. She (and everyone in the shop) remembers my dog by name, and remembers how I like her groomed. I enjoy the friendly, homelike atmosphere when I take my pup each month. Prices are very reasonable and scheduling is easy, too.

They had our dog for like 4 1/2 hours. I had an appointment at 12:30. I would think making an appointment would mean my dog gets groomed at 12:30 not 5pm

I love this animal salon, they always seem to get my Lu-Lu in anytime I call. I've had many of the groomers and they are all great. Most importantly they take excellent care of my Lu and she feels comfortable there. A++

I love my pup. They cut her nails with the care that only a true friend who loves dogs would do. My dog gets nervous and they were able to calm her, Truly exceptional, I promise I will certainly be back. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Love these ladies!!!

Great place to have your dog's nails trimmed. You can choose via clippers or a Dremel (little more expensive). People are friendlt and the price is reasonable.

Bella loves getting groomed here. Yulia does a wonderful job keeping her beautiful. The dogs are groomed out front, it's clean, friendly and reasonably priced.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sharon and her staff for putting up with my problem drama king Dewey the little dog who hates to be groomed . They are wonderful.

Went to kelly for a face clean up on my dog it was done in less than 10 min and it was great. Very nice young lady ????

Love this place! Everyone is very friendly and obviously love animals, believe me it's not the same everywhere else. They also do teeth cleaning, never thought my two dogs would be excited to go, but they are and Kim does a great job.

The only place that could get my anxious little Corgi to get his nails cut! They are so amazing and very patient. He screams bloody murder everytime and Petco was not helpful. Walked in at 8am and got appt right away. Definitely coming back often!

Adrienne and everyone working at the salon are amazing!!! I have a Pomeranian Husky and after coming here I only trust them to groom her. I have now moved to Orange County but still make the 2+ hour trip to get my Pomsky groomed. Really good prices too! Adrienne is my personal favorite, she always gives me advice and is obvious she has years and years of experience. You can also tell her love for all animals is genuine!!!

I had stop going this place for a year. It was recommend by several dog owners that I met in the doggie park. Took my dog there several times and trying different groomer every time but non of them really done a good job. Their price was reasonable but not any more. I think all the groomer there running their own business, making their own schedule and price. But they have one thing in common- unfriendly . They all appear to me are unhappy work there. Non of them have smiles,some times they even hush and rude. Dogs been caged for hours before or after groomed without water. My dog got so scare and panic every time I brought him there, I finally just giving up taking him there any more. I guess even dogs can not talk ut they can still tell you what happened in there.

Wow!! I brought my schnauzer in for a cut and it is THE BEST cut she's ever had! The customer service was excellent and I love that you can see the groomers up front and not hiding I the back! Best price in San Diego for a schnauzer cut!! Ask for Robin, she rocks!!

I brought my 7-month old puppy to have its first grooming at this pet grooming salon in Rancho Penaquitos. A female groomer attended to us. My initial impression of the place is that it looks like it's not properly maintained and the lobby could use some improvement. Looking at the inside grooming area is messy like stuff are all over the place. But because of the reasonable price they offer, I was blinded by it. Didn't consider the read flags that I was seeing about the place. But I gave it a shot. I should have listened to my first instinct about the place and should have gone somewhere else like Petco. Our appointment is at 11am but we checked our dog in 10 mins in advance. The groomer told us to come back around 2pm-2:30pm. Three and a half hours for grooming is more than enough time. We came back at exactly 2:30pm only to find out that she's not done yet with my dog. I would appreciate if she gave me a call so I can save the trip and my time since she didn't fulfill the time she quoted to us. I came back around 3:25pm. This time the dog is done but I was told to wait a bit more as she's giving another dog a shower at that time. Really? This groomer really doesn't know about time and values her customer's time. My biggest fault is because I was in a hurry when I picked up my dog from the salon I didn't thorough checked my pet as I was in a hurry and needed to pick up my kids from the school at that time but when I got home from work at night, My wife noticed something around the eye so I checked my dog only to find out that there's a small cut on the bridge of his nose right below the left eye. There's a bald spot on that area and it's a bit reddish. I was so pissed because I felt the groomer chose not to disclose it to me when I picked up the dog. I do understand that dogs tend to move a lot and there's a possibility that groomer might cut the skin accidentally. But it's another thing when the groomer had an accident and chose not to disclose it to the dog owner. Had she told me that she accidentally cut the skin, I would be able to understand it and at my end I can do something about it to avoid exposing the dog from any infection. So I called her up the next day and spoke to her over the phone about the issue. She was apologetic and said she didn't realize that she accidentally cut the skin. How could she not? Dogs will REACT if it something hurts them and how could she not see the bleeding? So I asked her if I could speak to her manager and she gave the phone to the manager/owner of the pet salon, her name is Adrienne. I was going to tell the manager about the issue and what they need to work on. But I was just in the beginning of my talk to her to discuss the situation and right off the bat, the manager talked back to me to defend her groomer and I couldn't get a word out. t was stunned by the lack of customer service by this salon owner. So I asked her to listen up first to tell my issue as I am the one complaining but she keeps on talking about things like" that happen sometimes and it's unfortunate that it happened to your dog." Seriously??????? It came across to me as if she's saying to me to just "Shut up, I don't want to listen to your complain. Accident happens and suck it up." Not only I am upset and so disappointed with the service, the way the owner of this salon handled the complaint made the situation ever worse. It was so disappointing. Owner should listened first and should have allowed the unsatisfied customer to discuss what the issue is all about instead of her talking all the time. When I finally had the chance to discuss my issue and told her what her business needs to work on, she probably realized something and was nice enough to offer me for a free groom next time I visit and a reimbursement if I need to take my dog to the vet. The offer is nice but the experience is not. I just can't see myself taking my dog to that place ever again. Lesson learned.
