They did an excellent job, answered all my questions, and listened to my concerns. I have a 9 year old golden retriever, he's never been to a groomer, and I was worried how he'd respond to the dryer and being left there. They have some kennels, two side rooms and free roam space for the pups. My dog was happy and calm when I got there, and the groomers were super friendly and helpful. Best of all- even though it's a dog grooming place, and I arrived there while a dog was being dried, it didn't smell like wet dog at all. The place is clean, minimal decorations, and designed with the dogs in mind. Also my dog is super fluffy and soft now, the deshed really helped.

I’ve been going to Megan for a few years now. She is amazing! One time I went to Petsmart and that was the biggest regret of my life. I’ll never do that again.

They did a fantastic job- and really seem to love dogs! My pup is a little nervous (all 85lbs of him) but he came out happy- looking and feeling great! The store section carries quality products and everyone was knowledgeable and friendly!

Boris loves getting baths here. Boris is a great pyrenees. Great service and great selection of high quality dog and cat food.

I love this place and have been going for a few years. The staff is very friendly and the prices are great. I also like that they let you take free samples of dog foods and they have very unique toys and collars for your pet. I would highly recommend this place.

Been here couple times and all visits have been amazing, but unfortunately this one ruined it. My dog’s fur is uneven and it just looks gross. With the uneven coat it’s bumpy, and I’ve never seen such grooming result. Should have done it myself or to Dirty Dogs.

Everyone is very friendly. Our dogs love going and they are not caged up while they are there. They do fantastic work. Highly recommend.

They are kind, very professional and excellent in all they do! We are cat people and they are able to groom our cat with no problem. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Love this store! I get my 2 poodles groomed here. Plus I buy high quality food here. The staff is just wonderful -- always attentive -- and they take great care to ensure I get the best food for my dogs' special needs. I'm very happy with their service and product selection. This place is the bomb dot com! They always make room in their busy schedule for my dog Andy and treat him really well. He's not the brightest crayon in the box and has way too much energy and they work with him exceptionally well. Whenever we bring him in, he's crusted up and sloppy but he always comes back with a fluffy, clean, and white coat. They are also very reasonably priced and have excellent customer service. Highly recommend this spot! The only reason they didn't get a five star review is because they are pretty booked and it's hard to get in with them now!

Tiny little shop hidden in a small commercial building. Had to find a new groomer and found them in a Google search with good reviews. The employees are good with my dogs, I have 4 of all shapes and sizes! I have a very skittish dog who always has anxiety with strangers and he did really well here! We'll definitely be going back.

This place is disappointing for a few reasons. First, I asked for help choosing a raw treat and they said "brand doesn't make a difference; they are all fine." Then, my dog had a bath and a nail clip ($45) and was returned to me shaking and upset. They never cleaned her face and she still had tear stains encrusted. Poor little thing us tiny and not a big handful but they couldn't manage to do the job. Would not go back, would not recommend, would choose anywhere else or do it myself. Sad.

This place is fantastic! Not only do they stock all my dogs favorite healthy snacks,food and toys but the staff is incredibly polite and helpful! My dogs are on a very special diet due to allergies and this place carries all the natural foods that I like to buy for my pups.we drive from La Jolla because you can't beat the variety and service here!
