Thank you Pet Palace for making my dog ready for the holiday! My doggy is always happy to see Sherry. Only Sherry has a way to trim my screaming dog’s nails so big thank you!

I brought my dog in at 12:30 pm today. Did not get her back until 3:40 pm. The minutes I put her down on the floor in the house, she started shake her head furiously. And she scratchs her ear constantly. I handed the person the dog shampoo to use on my dog. But she doesn't smell like the shampoo I brought in. My poor dog is having an allergic reaction.

The Pet Palace is awesome, thank you for squeezing in my 3 pups last minute yesterday. They look and smell amazing. Definitely found my new groomer. Sherry and her staff are amazing and I really appreciate you all helping me out. Merry Christmas and a safe and happy new year!

I just adopted a rescue who needed a real good bath and trim. I knew he was a biter and he was very anxious. He had been matted and ears infected. The gals there were extremely friendly to our pup and gained his trust to the point that they were able to get him cut and cleaned and gorgeous. I can't believe what a beautiful dog we have. He was so relaxed when I arrived, he wasn't in any hurry to leave. He likes it there, so I love it there. I highly recommend these groomers.

Best dog groomer in San Clemente!

Love love LOVE this place!! Jamie and sherry are so good with my dogs and, not to mention, the cheapest in San clemente!! And I love that they have a rewards program & I can schedule my dogs teeth cleaning and vaccinations through them!

This is the best groomer I have ever taken my dog, Hobie, to. I have to admit, I am a particular pet parent with how she is groomed and they never disappoint. We have struggled with groomers in the past due to Hobie's allergies. Since I have started taking her here, they have yet to flare up after grooming. Not to mention, they can get her in quickly and are cheaper then most other groomers in the area. I love taking her here!

Not the kindest of places ... I was almost a half hour late due to a family emergency and they gave our appt to someone else with out ever calling to confirm that we were on our way. Sometimes success gives a small business like this a rather large sence of self. Will never go back.

This is by far the best groomer I have ever taken my dog to. My dog is difficult to groom and Samantha is the only groomer I have found who is good with my dog. My dog loves her and so do I. I work so I have to have someone who's available when I am. Samantha is always very accommodating. If I'm going to be late to an appointment, I CALL and she works with me. I recommend this groomer to anyone...she's the best! Lulu's mom

The folks at Pet Palace treat "Noble" (our Golden Retriever) with such genuine care. They remember he doesn't get out of cars well due to his age and are right there to help every time. They consult us on Noble's condition and offer advice on how to care for him as he gets older. What I like best is that Pet Palace offers a truly genuine service and is personalized at every visit. We feel blessed that they take such good care of our 4 legged family member!

My two cocker spaniels act like they're going to Doggy Disneyland when I pull into the Pet Palace! Then they see Samantha and really go crazy with joy! She does a wonderful job too------What a find!

Our Goldendoodle has been a tough one to get groomed properly, and Samantha did an incredible job on him! He is finally looking more like a goldendoodle than a poodle, as many previous groomers cut him as. I would highly recommend The Pet Palace for your dog grooming if you are in south orange county. While there may be old reviews listed here, I know that the old ownership is long gone and Samantha has really brought things to a new level of service. Will continue to use them and highly suggest you do the same!
