Kay has been grooming my 2 tea cup Yorkies for about 10 years. She has been the best groomer they’ve ever had, she is very caring and careful with them, even more now that they are very old (16 and 14). My babies love her and I’m very happy that she comes to my home, they don’t have to be in a crate for long hours until I can pick them up. I highly recommend Critters Mobile Pet Grooming.

I have been using Kay at Critters for years. My dogs can not go to a grooming place, as they would freak out. She comes right to our home and they are groomed in her totally equipped large mobile van. She always does a stellar job, she is always on time and our dogs love her! I wouldn't choose anyone else!

Kay has been grooming my dog for probably five or six years. She is fantastic with the animals. It’s so convenient to have her come right to the house, not taking the dog somewhere and have him wait hours . I highly recommend her and wouldn’t go anywhere else. She truly enjoys her work and loves the animals.

Critters has been taking care of my current Bichon since he was born and that was 14 years ago. She Has groomed my other dogs as well. I wouldn’t let anyone else touch him. Kay is prompt, loving, skilled and caring. Every six weeks she comes on schedule and makes him look like a champ. She drives tight to my house with her 1st class mobile dog grooming vehicle so I don’t have to drive and leave my dog in a strange place for hours, then drive back later and pick him up. She is done in less than an hour and I never leave the house. Critters is convenience at a very competitive price. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I am a 25 year resident of San Clemente. JD

Kay is amazing with my little doxie Emily. Emily is blind and has IVDD, so I do not want to take her to a grooming place and stress her out. It's so convenient to have Kay come to our house. Kay has been grooming my Maltese babies for the last 15+ years and I couldn't be happier. She loves our little critters and they know it. It is so convenient to have her come to our home to groom them and it is less stressful for our girls as they don't have to spend the better part of the day in a kennel at a groomer.
