Such a wonderful team of doctors, assistants and receptionists. Always so caring for our two pups. They all truly care about providing the right treatment and ensuring your pets are well looked after. Dr. Terry and Dr. Liu are both fabulous, as are all the support staff. I can imagine everyone is very over-worked at the moment with the covid situation, but everyone still goes out of their way to provide the best possible service. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our babies and always keeping us well informed.

Best vet on the peninsula by far

We recently visited the vet due to my cat not feeling well. Everything is well organized and easy to follow.

They are the best. Always have been and always will be. They really take good care of your furry family. And they love doing it. If you can get in definitely go to them.

Always professional and caring. This is a high quality animal hospital, not a "shot clinic". If your pet is a valued part of the family, if you want the best and latest veterinary care, this is the place. During Covid-19 the parking lot is marked off, the technicians will come out to your car to pick-up your pet for their exam. If you're just picking up food or meds they'll have those out front on a table. I've used Sequoia Veterinary Hospital at this location and at the previous Redwood City location for over 30 years.

The staff is super friendly. They have made amazing accommodations through the pandemic, absolutely wonderful.

My fur baby Nina loves her doctors and the receptionist and she knows when she goes there when she's not feeling well that she will come out feeling great and wonderful and loved. She is 3 yrs old now, my first fur baby also was with them for ii yrs and when she passed, they supported me and help snd her to rainbow bridge cememtry, So Nina is my 2nd furbaby with this beautiful hospital. I LOVE MY GURLS AND BOY NURSES WITH ALL MY HEART. DR. BOSSES AND NOW DR. WHITE SH LOVES MY GURL.

Dr Lue (sp ) is wonderful! My dog doesn't even mind going to the vet! They are a bit pricey but the care our fur baby receives it is well worth it!

They always take good care of my various cats over a period of 28 years and are gentle with them. Dr. Katie Liu is my current vet. The fact that she has pets of her own is very important to me. The staff is open and friendly.

DETAIL ORIENTED - doctors and staff. One of our cats has a variety of issues and a long history with another vet. The staff at Sequoia has done a good job getting up to speed on his case and have developed a good treatment plan.

Been taking my dog (Trevor) since he was a pup, (now almost 13 yrs) & I've never had an issue. We also have VPI Insurance, & they will actually submit the claim form on my behalf, which in my experience is rarely done by most offices...Vets are ALL knowledgeable, & everyone is friendly & helpful, only negative thing I can say is they moved From Redwood City (2 Min away), to there current location in San Carlos (10-15 Min away)...but they didn't lose my biz!! ????????

A pleasant change from the VCA vets, you can get an appointment and you get in to see the vet on time as they don't overbook. One star docked as getting checked out after a visit can take a long time.
