This place is amazing! They were great with our vet-fearful pup when we needed to bring him in for a root canal. Not only did the whole thing go smoothly, but they did other super helpful stuff like trim his nails while he is sedated (no easy feat when he’s awake), and texted with me throughout his appointment to keep me updated.

Dr. Farcas and his team are the BEST! I come from the dentistry field and his work is superb! I was beyond impressed! The communication, care and efficiency is top notch from his team! I felt at ease from with the entire process from start to finish. Our fur baby is a power chewer and she had to get a root canal and sealants. Don’t go anywhere else. This is your place if you want the best! Trust me!

As a serial dog rescuer, I’m familiar with going to specialists to treat my babies. I have never had a better experience than when I took my pug to ADC. Each tech, nurse, and receptionist was kind, caring, and easy to talk to. Our surgeon, Dr. Riggs, was an absolute delight to work with, and sent me text updates every step of the way. As an overprotective anxiety ridden dog mom I was overjoyed seeing how much she cared about each patient. I cannot recommend ADC enough!

The staff was friendly, but Dr Farcas was arrogant, expressed his need to uphold his reputation and cited his experience on multiple occasions. We felt he talked down on us in an accusatory voice as he asked numerous times why we are bringing the cats to him. To clarify, our primary vet sent us to this specialist; we did not seek out this clinic ourselves. He stated he doesn't have a magic wand, but maybe there is another doctor who is willing to work on these cats. He made us feel terrible because all we wanted was to improve the quality of life of our senior cats. We will not return as we are looking for doctors who are caring with good bedside manners. The way he handled the cats and talked to us showed this doctor cared more about himself.

Awesome care taken to our beloved pets. Watched Dr Farcus and his team remove cracked and dead teeth, along with a cat scan on a cat. ADC provides our furry four legged family members a better quality of life, so they can enjoy bossing us around.

Our boy got a chipped right molar tooth from chewing on a rock out in the back yard while laying down and we found animal dental clinic. They got us in as soon as they can for a root canal and did a great job. They always recommend what’s best for your pets and as a holistic pet parent, I knew right away that they care about the animals they take in based on the things they say. Dr. Farcas is very knowledgeable and real and not going to sugar coat anything regarding the health and best option for the patient and very professional, thorough with explanation and paperworks were spot on detailed! They also had an awesome after procedure service and customer service. They also accept many pet insurance and we had healthy paws. Thank you for patching up Arrow’s molar!

Our Akita “Pebbles” had a fast growing non cancerous tumor in the front of her lower jaw which my regular veterinarian removed but we knew would be coming back quickly and be very invasive. Animal Dental Clinic got us in quickly for a consultation and Dr Farcas was caring and explained everything to us so that we understood what type of surgery our dog needed and what to expect. Our dog was treated with care and the results are amazing! Even though the lower front portion of her jaw was removed just behind the lower canines, she does not drool and her tongue does not stick out. After just a couple of days, Pebbles is back to eating normally and without any problems. I worked in human dentistry for 22 years and I’m impressed with what Dr Farcas is doing in his practice for animals!

I absolutely love this vet clinic. I wish all vet clinics were this wonderful. Both of my dogs, siblings, fractured the same exact tooth on the same chew bone (benebone). The other side had a smaller fracture he was able to repair and he removed the bad tooth on both. The first time I met him, he came outside to my car (covid safety protocol) with gloves. I had stepped in poop and he offered to take my shoe in the clinic to clean it (I declined but really appreciated the gesture). He spent time with my pups so they could get comfortable with him as they are very shy. They warmed up to him. He was very thorough in the explanation and very kind. He even video-called me during both dogs’ procedures and explained what he found, showed me, etc. They staff was also really wonderful. I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Farcas and the entire team at ADC are wonderful! They provided excellent medical care for our dog, and were supportive, and communicated everything clearly with us throughout the consultation and procedure. I can't recommend them enough!

I wish I knew this before I paid the thousands of dollars to this clinic: Even if the dog gets a root canal (about $2K!), it might not last long. In our case, the filling came out in about a year... We went back, and they said they'll restore it (of course, at a high cost). On the day of, they saw that it was cracked, so they extracted it. Even their extraction costs *twice* what it costs us here with another clinic -- in San Francisco no less. In the beginning, we had gone to our local clinic and they recommended extraction. After doing some online research, we had hope that maybe a root canal could save the tooth. Of course, Animal Dental Clinic talked us into doing it. And, as I've mentioned, it was extracted a year later. This place is incentivized to do more procedures, and they charge too much. Next time our dog cracks a tooth -- we will opt to extract it at our local clinic.

I’m most appreciative of their professionalism and kindness towards my dog who went in for a fractured tooth. They spend time explaining everything very well, over the phone and in person to make sure I know what my dog needs, risks, cost and care. I felt pretty well informed in my decision. And of course, my dog healed very well and been happier ever since the visit!

Dr. Farkas is both very knowledgeable and personable. He was very patient, helpful, and professional with insight on a pet insurance appeal for treatment he performed which was being misconstrued as a pre-existing condition based on murky documentation from another vet

They did an amazing job with my cat. Dr. Farcas was so great with Lily and he was very thorough in making sure that the problem was resolved. We were concerned that she could have cancer but luckily it was not. She did however have a bad abcess tooth and had to have it pulled. Given her age I was unsure how she would do after but she was great. The staff would always have a smile and they always answer my millions of questions. Definitely worth the drive from San Jose.

I can't say enough good things about the Animal Dental Clinic and Dr. Farcas and Staci. My dog, Louis was the product of some irresponsible backyard breeders in Sacramento. Louis was born with a cleft lip. Thanks to our vet, who tube fed him from newborn he has had a healthy normal life. That was until last spring when we noticed swelling on his face. It turned out that Louis had 2 very serious cysts, one was in his nasal cavity. They were from cells that would have been teeth. Removing these were necessary for Louis' survival, but the surgery was a huge deal! Operating in soft tissue is extremely difficult. Louis was in surgery with Dr. Farcas for 4 hours! Dr. Farcas could not have done a better job! We just got home from Louis' 6 month post operation follow up appointment and he is doing great! He is a different dog, now that he is no longer in pain all the time! Thank you so much to everyone at the Animal Dental Clinic!

Dr. Farcas and the entire staff are fantastic! At almost 10 years old, Bruce, our Golden Retriever, was way over due for dental exam & cleaning. Consultation went well...very informative & Bruce was relaxed in office & took to Dr. Farcas right away. Due to a cancellation...they got us in for x-rays & cleaning within days. Once Bruce was under anesthesia & x-rays were done...Dr. Farcas had me come in to the surgery & gave me a thorough explanation of Bruce mouth! Really appreciated the experience & education. Bruce came through like a⭐️, his teeth/gums look fantastic & total cost was $9.00 over the estimate given at consultation appointment. We were given easy to understand/follow instructions for post anesthesia care & we couldn't be happier with the entire experience!

Dr. Farcas saved the lives of our two sister cats who both had feline stomatitis. We were treated with an appropriate sense of urgency, as our cats had stopped eating. Stacy worked us into a schedule that was already jam packed. Our cats are now toothless and pain free. Dr. Farcas is not only an absolute expert at what he does, but he truly cares about each patient he sees. Wonderful!
