so far so good! this is a new vet we will go to moving forward for great service at reasonable prices. As a local dog breeder, we will recommend this vet clinic to our clients.

Vet is quick and thorough. Prices are fair. This clinic does not up sale you on expensive medication in limited quantities like other clinics, so that is good!

Everyone is pleasant and knowledgeable, and our cat "Sweetie" is feeling better with the medication and prescription food. ????

Overall an amazing experience at Masson Vet Hospital! Referred to here by a coworker. I’m really surprised that this place was not ranked on google nor Yelp when I searched vet clinic/hospital. The doctor was not only knowledgeable and patient but also only recommended necessary treatments! The vet techs and assistants were very friendly and responsive when we were booking the appointment. Also the prices here are the most reasonable of all the Bay Area vet clinic/hospitals we visited/called. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone who’s in for a primary vet as well as for any unexpected situations. It is definitely a place where everyone cares for and pours their attention to your furbabies!

It has taken me about a week to leave this review. I had a terrible experience. My kitty was dying. He wasn't up for another vet trip but I was hoping for a miracle. I feel awful that I even tried, but thought it was the right thing to do. I checked him in and was told to come back. Even though I told them it was a serious situation. I told the girl give fluids first, anything he needs. The doctor never called me. No check ins. Nothing. I called the desk to check up and no info could be given. When I came, my kitty was already almost gone. The doctor refused to give me any opinions on quality of life. "I can't make that decision for you, only treatment. " I didn't ask for a decision. I expected professionalism. My kitty had hypothermia at this point and was severely dehydrated with his nose blocked. They did not try to give him fluids because he was in "such bad shape. " The Dr also told me no one told her to give fluids. That things were not clear. She never called me to make anything clear. They did not clean his stuffed little nose, which I assumed was going to be the first thing they did. They didn't even try to keep him warm, which breaks my heart. Not even a blanket for a dying well loved kitty of only 3 years. The last conscious moments my amazing kitty had was being tossed around by strangers not caring for him. They did of course do the expensive ultrasound! Of course. Can't take fluids which means can't take medicine, but can torture him with an expensive procedure and write a prescription for medicine he can't take. My kitty died in my hands when we got back. I could have had 2 more hours keeping him cozy knowing he's safe and loved. But they kept him to make money. My 7 year old was with me mind you. Heartless. The first girl behind the desk was sweet. The doctor was a psycho. It's absolutely disgusting. I'll be reporting this and following up every which way I can. Please do not give this organization a dime.

I have been looking for a vet since we moved here (about 3 years ago). I could tell, the minute I walked in the door, to a VERY clean office and two incredible staff, that I had finally found one. GREAT DOCTOR. great staff, easy to park and now a sense of security that if we ever NEED a vet ~ we have found one.

Always try to sell unnecessary stuff to you. I got the blood test result and bring it to other vet for double check. And they told me that the white blood cell is just some data error while this hospital told me my dog is having infection (didn’t say the reason) and WBC is very high. I should give her antibiotics then bring her in for a another blood test. Also sold me some anti-vomiting medicine without my permission. I told the doctor that I’m not comfortable with the force selling thing and she just replied “then return it”. Very disappointed.

The doctor and staff are wonderfully caring and compassionate. I know that when I take my pet in, whether for a routine exam or for an illness or injury, that she will be well taken care of.

Dr KC and Dr.Sharma are just super helpful and attentive. I trust them with our pups and highly recommend them. The vet techs are friendly and great to work with as well.

Dr. KC is the new vet that runs the place now and she is wonderful! She knows what she's doing and is very reasonable. The turn around time is also very quick and her team works very fast and accurately. Highly recommend checking out this hospital!

Solid vet. Straight to the point and prescribed what was needed; prices seemed fair. I took my 19yo cat who had blood in her urine. They saw me the Friday of the week I called, took blood and urine and called me Monday morning with the results. The results came back with somewhat elevated kidney markers and so prescribed subQ fluids, probiotics and kidney diet. They don't push any product but have some in stock that they recommend. They won't hold your hand but they get the job done effectively and my cat had an overall calm experience. Thank you!

Have been going to this hospital for several times and the experience has been excellent. The front desk is helpful and nice, even though their management system is a little bit behind the time. The doctor is very patient, knowledgeable and really listens to his patients’ parents. Last time my dog had giardia but I suspected another rare disease. The doctor presented a three-page explanation of the disease and explained why it’s very unlikely. He was right with his initial judgement but I really appreciated that he spent the time looking into a rare disease I mentioned. They also have labs in house while makes tests easy. I have been to there several times and will go back.

We took our pets to Dr. Conkling for many, many years, and we were NEVER disappointed! Unfortunately after moving to the East Bay, it became too difficult with the traffic to continue, although we did try for over a year. Dr. Conkling set a very high bar and it took a while for us to find another vet over here that we felt as comfortable with. Thank you, Dr. Conkling, for your kindness and compassion, and the excellent care that you and your wonderful staff took of all our fur kids. We miss you, and we will be forever grateful to you! You are one in a million♥️

Please please please don't come to this vet. The doctor here is soooooooooooo rude to treat their customers.

Very solid vet...so far. Only have been in twice with Kris and Kros, but choosing to stick around this office for a while. I adopted two feral kittens and this office has been supportive and very fair in billing and has helped them get on their feet,... Priceless. They are building trust with me and my new family, and I appreciate the fairness in billing and the great care my kittens are getting.
