If there was a zero I would give it never got a call back from this or six groomers that I tried to contact in San Bernardino I guess unemployment pays better

Never answer, never return calls or text messages. They are constantly doing my neighbors dogs but wont answer any calls/texts for new customers. Spoke with the groomer before and they just say to keep calling for booking. WASTE OF TIME

Deena is very professional on time and extremely reliable. She groomed 3 of my dogs and my dogs looked and smelled so good. I have one dog that had very long nails and a couple of them are dark and it makes it hard to clip them. Deena did it with no problem. Her quality of work is exceptional. She had all three of my dogs done in a timely fashion. Her price was very reasonable for all three of my dogs. I highly recommend her for your dogs grooming needs.

Deanna is the best groomer you’ll find in the area. She loves all of her clients, four legged and two. She will care for you pet like it’s her own. You won’t be disappointed! ☺️

I can't say enough wonderful things about Deena Dee's! She is so patient and accommodating with my two dogs. It is so convenient that she is able to come to me. I have tried several groomers in the past, and I was never completely satisfied. I almost gave up on grooming them altogether until I discovered Deena Dee's. She has always made them look exactly how I envision, not to mention they always feel so silky and smell so good! I highly recommend Deena Dee's Mobile Pet Spaw to anyone looking for quality grooming services!

CANCELED ON THE SPOT. After making an appointment, confirming appointment and waiting for groomer.. when she arrived at my house told me she couldn't groom my dog & left me hanging. Quite frustrating! Have groomed with her once before and she never told me there was an issue with my pet. Not disputing my pet may be difficult to groom which I completely understand but why would you let me make an appointment, have me confirm, wait for you and then show up at my house and say no- very poor way to do business. She has cancellation fees and expectations why shouldn't the customers as well.

They did a good job on our 2 pits. Our dogs were in need of a deep clean. And they came back smelling good with their hair soft and not shedding so much. I will definitely call them again and recommend them.

They came out to my house and gave my pups a good cleaning. Very nice people
