Fabulous! My nephew-dog is very sensitive and we can tell how he has been treated. He gave us a 10/10 rating. The cut was exactly what we wanted and enjoyed that mother daughter atmosphere the owner provides. Very professional at exactly what we were looking for a new "beauty parlor" for our beloved 16 yr old puppy

5+ stars... I've had my chihuahua sinced he was only 7 weeks old and had taken him to PetSmart groomers 4 times to get his nails trimmed when he turned 12 weeks old. The first 3 times, I was so happy that they had no issues trimming his nails. He did not budge, wiggle, yelp nothing. I thought it must have been since I brought him at such a young age that he would be smooth sailing for the rest of time. Until the 4th visit. They clipped off a piece of one of his paw pads. I heard yelping from the store aisles and they called me back to the grooming room and puppy was shaking. They said he was just too wiggly and that if I kept bringing him in it would get better. That didn't make sense because I had brought him in 3 times before that and he was already cool with getting his nails trimmed. It wasn't until I got home that day, and I was trying to calm him down, that I saw his poor little paw had been snipped. I tried to look closer and he yelped as though I stepped on his foot or something. I thought he was scarred for life. Then, months later, after searching around for someone to clip his nails that I found Poochie Parlor. Everytime I've gone in there to get puppy's nails clipped, she is amazingly patient and a million times more professional and caring than all the PetSmart "groomers" put together. I've been in to Poochie Parlor maybe 6 times now, and each time puppy is getting a little better, trusting people to touch his paws again. After my experience with PetSmart, puppy wouldn't let me or my husband touch his paws. He would quickly turn the other way. At Poochie Parlor, she lets me hold him while she patiently clips his nails. He is still in the process of gaining trust back, but Poochie Parlor is the saving grace and actually gave me hope for the future of our puppy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Poochie Parlor; the way pet grooming SHOULD be.
