This Christmas we got a golden doodle and we are in love. I wanted a local breeder and Valencia Poodles was a good choice. The communication with the owner Connie was great. She respond to texts/emails promptly and was very professional. We got to come and meet our new fur baby (and meet mom and sibling) it was a warm and inviting experience. We all follow Covid guidelines and every thing was very neat and clean. Connie is a good dog mom and she handles all puppies with love and care. We got a puppy care package as well that included: food, blanket, toys, treats and puppy pads. Everything you need for the first week. We picked up our F1B Girl Goldendoodle on 12/20/2021 after doing lots of research on hypoallergenic dog breeders. We were flexible on breeds, but we knew from other people that Goldendoodles are good dogs for allergies and they are great with kids. My wife initially found Valencia Poodles’s website by Google search, after contacting a few breeders online with mixed results. We found that the breeders in the SF Bay Area wanted more money, had wait times of 1+ years or had questionable reviews. Because we picked up the puppy during Covid, we only spoke to them via text and phone calls, which they were happy to answer any questions day or night. After deciding to go with Valencia Poodles, we put down a $300 refundable deposit via Venmo. We were a little skeptical about sending money to a stranger online, but all the positive reviews on Google and Yelp reassured us. The day of the pickup, we drove from the Bay Area to Sacramento and meet them at their location. We paid the remainder in cash ($2,500) but they also accept Venmo for that. We got to meet the puppy, play with her and ask as many questions as we wanted. She then showed us the vet paperwork, had us read the contract and then sign it when we were ready. Once we had paid and signed all the paperwork, they gave us a gift box with puppy training pads, puppy dry food, puppy treats & some toys. So far we’re loving our new girl puppy, and our kid loves it so much!

I was very hesitant to select and purchase an expensive puppy online. I saw the reviews and comments for Valencia doddles and obtained a perfect Golden doddle! Valencia doddles was also very attentive to the needs of such a small puppy. They instructed me on the supplies I would need . Excellent Comunication Connie is great!! Our doodle came in beautiful condition.I would not hesitate to get a puppy from Valencia doddles . Our new puppy is perfect!!

I have been interacting with Valencia Doodles for the past 6 months and can confidently say that now when I purchase a dog, it HAS to be from here. The customer service is great; Connie is very professional and attentive to your needs. She cares for your puppy like it is her own and keeps a very sanitary place for them. The puppies are healthy and well groomed, they are all so calm and well tempered too. The plus side for me is the family aspect of the business, she invites you into her home and it is such a welcoming experience that puts any worries a first time buyer might have to rest. Connie at Valencia Doodles was so wonderful to deal with. I was apprehensive about buying a puppy from a website so I called her before sending my deposit. She was so pleasant, informative and answered all my questions which put me at ease. Whenever I had a question, she got right back to me! She is one of only a few breeders that allow you to pick your own puppy! I wanted a tuxedo golden doodle, standard size and she had a litter on the way. We wanted a female, but the males were so beautiful, we fell in love with our red/white tuxedo who we named Yogi! We have had him vet checked and at home for 2 weeks. He is healthy, playful, very smart (already knows his name and is learning to sit) and is doing well with housebreaking and getting to know our house rules. He loves everyone he meets and is quite a sensation when we take him places because he is so gorgeous! We couldn't be happier with our doodle, Yogi! Connie has contacted me since we brought him home to check in on his health and temperament. She really cares about her dogs and puppies. She keeps them very clean and well cared for! This breeder is top notch. We picked up Luca and he was healthy and very playful. At initial contact, Connie answered all our questions throughout the adoption process, she kept in contact and sent us updates of the puppies. We were able to pick out our Luca at 4 weeks old.
