Susan who is the OWNER does such a fantastic service on our Leo who is a phalene papillon terrier mix. We get so many compliments on his hair cuts. Susan is the nest and only charges 35.00

NOT FOLLOWING COVID GUIDELINES Just went here and no one was wearing a mask. The people working there and at least one customer, maybe two were not wearing masks. I asked the woman who works there if they were following California mandate for masks and the woman said “no” another woman playfully covered her face with her arm and said, “no, sorry.” If you can’t follow basic public health laws to keep humans safe then I’m definitely not going to trust you with my dog. And you better believe I’m reporting this business to 211. Until everyone gets onboard with basic human decency and wearing masks then all businesses get hurt by these people’s careless behavior.

Here's the deal: Susan is great and has always been able to get my dogs in same day. My dogs have been hesitant at other groomers, but are happy to walk into the Clip Shop (pretty sure they get lots of treats). Don't expect anything fancy, because you won't find it here. What you will find is a job well done at prices nearly half what you'll pay somewhere else. It's a no-frills operation, but the pups leave happy and look great!

I did not appreciate them shaving his whiskers completely off. His haircut was horrible and it took months to grow back his whiskerz. I was hott that they did that to him...he’s a Yorker beagle and looked awful.it smells awful.. not sanitary at all

My dogs picked this place. In the past, I have gone to several other groomers and when we went back I had to drag or carry my pups in. Now when I take them to The Clip Shop and they see the building, they get excited. They'll run to the front door. I can tell my pups like and trust Susanne because they easily go to her. Everyone is pleasant and I have seen them take gentle care in bathing the pups. Not all the dogs are kenneled so they can walk around while they either wait for their turn or for their folks to pick them up. I never feel like they have rushed grooming them and the dogs always get a bag of treats to take home. This is a small business. No fancy decor, just the best care and service for the little ones. Please give them a try and support a Tahoe Park neighborhood business.

Very nice and friendly atmosphere, did a wonderful job with our timid pup.

My dog and I left happy!!! My dog had very tight knots on the back of his ears due to him scratching. The Clip Shop gladly took my dog Cody in and shaved off his knots within minutes. I believe it was the owner of the shop who was so kind and patient with Cody.

Super nice ladies who work here, and do a great job working with my pup who HATES getting her nails clipped. She is fast at it, and is working with her to make her more comfortable with the experience. Not super clean in the shop, but the prices are great, and so is the customer service. Thanks for working with Ethel and I as we get her comfortable with her nails being clipped regularly!
