Superior was recommended to us by two different friends who also have labradoodles. This was the first time I have ever taken a dog to the groomer and was so impressed with the process. Scheduling was quick and easy. Drop off was a breeze. It took about 2 hours and when I arrived to pick up our puppy he was in a great mood. His cut looks great, he smells good and he was happy to be there too.

I highly recommend Superior Pet Grooming in Greenhaven. I have a 4 pound Morkie named Hershey. Hershey has been going to Superior Pet Grooming and being groomed by Evelyn since he was 6 months old. We’ve been going there for over 3 years now. I bring Hershey in for grooming about once every 7 days or so.  Evelyn has always done a excellent job grooming Hershey. Every time I pick him up, I am so pleased with her work, he looks so handsome and is groomed perfectly to my liking. Hershey loves to go there! Hershey loves to see Evelyn! The minute we pull up to the salon he gets so excited to see Evelyn and to get groomed.  He wiggles so hard, out of excitementout, of my arms and jumps into hers. He absolutely loves Evelyn being groomed by her. She also loves Hershey, adores him, and treats him so wonderfully. I feel sooooo comfortable when he is with her. The salon is always clean and immaculate. Evelyn knows all the top techniques in grooming. We will always go there for his weekly grooming! Hershey and I are very fortunate to have met Evelyn and Superior Pet Grooming.

I have been taking my 2 dogs to Superior Pet Grooming for years! Fred and Evelyn are just wonderful! They are always very patient and careful with my dogs, and are very responsive to any special requests or grooming needs. My Husky recently had a leg amputated due to cancer, and I was worried about how he would do with grooming post surgery. I shared my concerns with Fred and Evelyn, and they took extra care with Shiloh’s grooming, and now he is back to his regular schedule and always happy when I take him! I highly recommend Superior Pet Grooming! ????????

it appears the shop changed owner. before i used to drop off my dog and wait a whole day to pick it up, now only 2 hours. it seems the new owner cares about animals, wont over book in order to make more money. i really hated to leave my dog there for 8 hours. they washed my dog thoroughly and the hair cut was excellent. this is the only place we have ever gone to for our cocker spaniel, and will keep going back for sure.

My Chihuahua's first grooming experience and Fred and Evelyn took great care of him! In and out in an hour!! We will be back!!!

We been using Superior grooming for many years now. Each of the owners have been very patient with my two dogs. Jaxx the current owner takes extra care of my elderly poodles. They are happy and beautifully groomed each time we pick them up.

We've been going here for years and personally I've bought clippers for my dog to do myself. We go infrequently as each time I'm hesitant to bring my dogs back.. so it is awhile between visits. The last 3 times they cut my dog bad. 2 times before they came back with fleas. Our dogs are indoor, our yard is treated, and we have 2 outdoor/indoor cats without fleas. The next time I took them I explained they got fleas... they charged me for flea treatment which is not what I had said. They're not gentle. While its inexpensive and you can do walk ins if you like your pet... I wouldn't bring them there. They have very poor customer service as well and there is one gentlemen in particular who is extremely rude.

DO NOT take your fur babies here!!! I took my long haired cat to just shave the underside because he was heavily matted around his stomach area and under his legs-he was not matted on his back or his tail-I was very specific to the young woman who checked him in—Only shave the mats out under his body-when I went to pick him up, poor Lucky was COMPLETLY shaved, except for his head, and legs!!! I cried, what have you done to my cat???!!!?? The woman that was clipping a poodle on the table, said, “he a mess!!” I’m not sure if there was a language problem, or what, but now the damage is done...it will take 3-4 months for his fur to grow back in-they nicked his belly, and by his back leg shaved him down to bald skin!!! Lucky is an indoor/outdoor cat, & because of our freezing weather, I have to keep him inside! Last night, he was crying to get out!! Again, boycott this establishment!!! My poor kitty has been traumatized. I took him to be checked by my veterinarian yesterday, & the vet techs and the doctor said this borders on animal cruelty

Brought my dog again but requested that I stay with him because he always has seizures. Very rudely they told me no and asked me to leave. I’ve been going there for years they treated me like I was a nothing. Stay clear of this place
