I absolutely enjoy taking my German Shepard here! The groomers make each animal a priority and pay special attention to their needs. The owners are the nicest people ever and take time to answer any question they can and explain it to you-with care.. I downright recommend this place to every pet owner- hands down!!

Do not take your dog here. It’s cheap for a Reason. First time no appointment waited two hours my dog was caged. Took him home set an appointment brought him back another two hours in the cage. I came in random both times he was caged and not at all taken care of. No water. No wash nothing but a cage for 2 hours. I don’t cage my dog an I am extremely upset behind both times. Save yourself sometime and never go here

Great place to have your dog groomed. The employees treat your dog like their own! Dave the owner is the best! Also very reasonable.

Very friendly and very helpful, but watch out for the gouging prices on Birds and reptiles. Just because there is a demand on Birds and reptiles he thinks it's okay to rise his prices higher trust me when I say you'll be better off going to the Bird Shop and Parrot Topia on Auburn Blvd.. I've checked with them and their prices aren't as high. Store isn't always clean and animals always have dirty or no water and cages are very dirty most of the time. If your afraid of mice and rats don't go there, because they're always some running loose from getting out of their tanks. Covid-19 friendly.

Owner was wonderful. Introduced my to a new food brand that my dog actually likes and is good for him. Have me a great price since it was my first purchase with them. I will be returning to support my neighbors and their small business.

They did a good job grooming my puppy. For the first time. But it was really loud from the vacumes and my puppy was scared of the loud noise. I didnt like the haircut style so now i know to tell them how to cut it. Reasonable pricing and good staff. They were friendly.

The owners Rhonda & Dave are like the kindest most caring pet people ever! I woke up to an inferno on May 17th,2018. 7:05 am. I was able to get my roommates 2 dogs out before the fire engulfed the house! It took 8 fire trucks to put it out. I Thank God everyday for spearing all of our lives that day. The poor doggies Buster and Harley was so scared. So was i. I got them into the car and drove them to Pets P. Rhonda greeted us at the door and helped us with everything we needed she gave us dog food, pet bowls and leashes and collars Basically everything we needed. I will never forget her kindness and the love she showed us that day! These people truly are amazing the dedication to helping every single pet and person that walks in to their store is unbelievable! I recommend this place to everyone who has a pet that they love and want the best for them. The team at P.P will go far & beyond take care of our precious animals & they offer a list of dog, bird and cat grooming services- Plus there are a lot of love that they give to each pet that money can't buy. I love this little piece of heaven here in Sacramento.
