The customer service representative was so nice and knowledgeable I can't wait to run out of dog food so I can go there again just to interact with the customer service representative way to go Pet Food Express you nailed it.

Went to buy my neighbor's puppy a gift. Surprised at all the healthy snack treats. Plus the guy at the check out was genuinely friendly. Wish I owned a dog to shop here routinely.

Very busy, very expensive. They had what I needed, but the convenience was not with paying an extra $4 than usual for one thing.

A little pricey. Greets you at the door. Cashier offers help and asks if you found everything okay, EVERY TIME.

Amazing Job by Andrew I think his name was (tall guy with a lot of tattoos. ) He helped my wife and I get our German Shepard mix on a new food called kiwi. My dog has been doing amazing on it he also took care of my dogs skin problems with some stuff we got for a discount, nice guy and we will be back!

I come here every month to this location and I always leave feeling great about my purchases. The customer service here is great and all the employees are genuinely nice and helpful.

I generally order from Chewy and Petco. My kitty is not feeling well and this is my emergency pet food place to go. The lady was extremely knowledgeable about the products they offered as well as with recommendations. I learned some new information about the foods I was already purchasing. Their service is excellent. I was in and out fairly quickly and got everything I needed. My kitty who was feeling unwell ate the recommended food and even drank some water. Prior to this she was not wanting to eat.

Staff is always really friendly. We love bringing our dogs in here for an outing.

I just got my new kitten Shade yesterday, and I decided to go visit Pet Food Express to get some things that I forgot to order online from Chewey. My first regret? Ordering anything from Chewey. Here, we were greeted when we walked into the store. The woman who greeted us went and got the store's resident cat expert, Aaron (if I'm wrong, please forgive me). Aaron talked to me about what food, treats, litter, etc to pick up for my little man. He was very knowledgeable, more than helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. They carry high quality products and it's affordable. I'll never go anywhere else. I ended up buying what I came for, went next door to Beach Hut to get a sandwich and then decided to come back and buy a cat tree. Please come here if you have a pet, you won't regret it.

I came in here to look around for first time. The staff was very friendly and they also gave me a sample of dog food to have my dog try. She really loved it so its safe to say ill be back

I’ve been here 3 separate occasions: first to wash my dogs, second to purchase dog food, and third to purchase more dog food! I have to say, I LOVE this place!!! I used to go to Incredible pets because I didn’t like Petco or Petsmart. I’m always going to shop here because every single time the employees there go above & beyond. Literally some of the best people here that genuinely care about your pets needs. Shout out to Kurtis & another guy, I didn’t get his name, I will update the review when I come back & get it though!!! They’re awesome and they’re the kindest bunch of people ever!

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable here. I came looking for a litter box and a cat tree and Kurtis recommended some excellent items. My cat loves his tree and my floor is so much cleaner after getting the litter box with the top entry lid.
