I absolutely love this cute lil pet shop! The owner is super sweet and her love for animals shines through! I recommend definitely checking this place out.

Rude owner n it’s so expensive. She is annoying.keep asking me wat I want. N It’s almost $8 for This small cookie cake. I’ll make a cake for my dog next time.

Lisa from Paws and the Palette was absolutely amazing to work with! She was able to put together the most amazing dog friendly “reveal” cake ever. She brought my vision to life and then some. Our friends and family were in awe of the cake and the detail. Our black lab Shiloh enjoyed being a part of the surprise and she loved the cake even more! She helped us create a lifetime of memories today and for that we are thankful!

Treat variety was okay, I expected alot more options. Also difficult to find parking here during the week.

Walked in to discuss the possibility of a gender reveal cake for the dogs to eats. The worker(owner) was rude and dismissive. When we walked in and said we wanted a cake she said well this is what we have when you make up your mind let us know and then walked into the back room. When she came out and we asked if the cake can be colored not the frosting she rudely stated no I wont do that, we dont use those dyes and I wont even try.

My dogs enjoyed their birthday cakes and cookies.

I think it's great that there are stores like this, being an owner of 2 dogs and fostering other dogs from local shelters. That being said, this just left me with an awful customer experience. My wife, I and her cousin had stumbled across this place after eating, and we walk in to not being greeted or even acknowledged by person working there. We spent a good 10 minutes browsing the small store in close proximity to the associate without being asked if we could use any help or suggestions. I felt like the only time we were acknowledged was when we brought our merchandise to the front and even then the woman felt a little condescending when I mentioned we had 3 dogs and one was handicap. Another couple walked in with their well behaved German shepherd and there was another smaller dog that got yappy but the couple had to leave out their animal even though it didnt seem to growl or react. Really wish I could give my business here again but you only get one chance to make a first impression. I'll give it another go in the near future and hope things will have changed.

My dog loves the treats here. Staff is always very friendly. My dog loves when I bring her with me as she gets lots of treats.

Love this place -- they make their own dog cookies with seasonal designs. Everything I've gotten from here is super-cute and my 2 dogs love. The hours are a bit short, but if you're around in the middle of the day, there's always something new here for your pooch.

I went to this shop to find some type of dog toy that my puppy could not destroy and eat within 30 minutes. I spoke with the owner (Lisa) who was very personable, pleasant and knowledgeable. Within a few minutes, she directed me to a line of toys that should be indestructible (or at least difficult for my pup to tear to shreds). She also provided tips for use and training. Overall, this place is awesome. I think next time, I'll pick up a doggie cake. Lisa even gave me a dog treat to bring home for my pup! Can't recommend this place highly enough!

The owner Lisa is super rude. Didn’t want to accommodate a Birthday Cake request even 24 hours in advance. I wouldn’t recommend this business. Doesn’t even deserve one star! On top of that, Lisa just called me stating she’s not rude, I have the problem and I don’t need to come into her store! Like don’t worry, everything is overpriced and outdated.

First time here and we loved it. Today is Taylor's birthday so we got him an outfit and a birthday treat. Great service and well manned.

Went here to get a birthday cake for my pup, I should have listened to the yelp reviews and called first bc I arrived at 3:40 and they were closed, even when their hours are until 4. Incredibly discouraging and disappointing.
