I don't think you could say anymore about their service except excellent. This was my first visit to their store and as a senior I have some difficulty getting around, they took care of everything from getting the bags of food, looking for discounts, and taking out to my car. Great visit.

Absolutely amazing store. The staff is so friendly and they remember my name every time I come in. The store is both clean and well maintained.

The staff at this store are SUPER helpful and very knowledgeable. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Jennie the manager is super helpful and will always offer to order anything they do not have in stock for you.

The employees and manager (Jenn) are the simply the best! Not only have I seen, but have been greeted every time I come into the store with a smile and warm greeting. The employees have always been able to help with any issues that I, or any of our Goldens have have experienced. The selection of products are great, and if there is something you want and they don't have, they will get it for you. Bottom line, excellent customer service and great products. It just does not get any better!

I have Always loved going in here. The customer service is wonderful and have loved their products until today. Evanger’s canned dog food was recommended as I wanted a ground product..my dog prefers ground. We have a 75 lb.dog. This canned Evangers had large chicken pieces and bones! Yes…One bone was a chicken wing bone..about 2 + inches long and 5 other smaller pieces of bone …an inch and smaller. My spoon hit it as I was putting it into my dogs bowl! I saved them..videotaped. Very dangerous for dogs. Do not buy Evanger’s brand and Always check what is in the can!

We just started going here after getting a new puppy, and everytime we've gone in we are more than happy with the customer service. We are greeted as soon as we walk in, get help finding what we need, and are able to get any questions answered. We'll definitely continue to go back!

We went there to wash our two dogs using their equipment, shampoo, towels and blow dryer. This made washing our dogs a lot easier. The tub was higher than our shower tub, saved our backs a little. In and out in less than a hour. Great staff, friendly, helpful. We will be using the wash service again.

I really liked this place. The staff was really welcoming and nice and tons of supplies for any and all pets. Awesome selection and prices. I should have signed up for a membership like she suggested..next time! My dog is my world and she loved everything including the little treats. If she's happy, I'm happy :)
