The best pet store in Sacramento I definitely recommend this pet store

Update they hired a new employee (The bald lady with the dog) who has ruined the entire shop it’s really sad, she’s extremely rude and very condescending multiple customers have complained!! I used to come here for all my reptiles needs, unfortunately due to this woman I will no longer be returning! It’s sad the someone can be so bitter and rude to paying customers! I hope you read this and fix yourself. Gx3 had the best selection out of any reptile shop! Riley is super helpful, I call all the time for advice on my animals and he’s always extremely helpful and a gives great advice! Grant (Owner) has definitely done a great job on this place! I’ll be continuing to come here for all my snake food, FREEDOM BREEDER COCO BLOX and any other reptile needs I have! Also you guys should start a feeder reward program! Thanks for always being helpful!

Prices were on the high side. Especially for isopods God dang.

Couldn't write a post until you give it stars. But do you guys sell dart frogs? If so, what kind of species.

Last times I visited this store I was helped by a very respectful gentleman, but today I visited the shop and as soon as I entered the store I was greeted (by a young White lady with short black hair) with this awkward greeting: “Hi, do you need feeders or you’re just browsing around?” Thank God I actually wanted to buy some feeders along with a snake, otherwise I’m not sure if I would be kicked out or what! I decided to just take the feeders and buy my snake elsewhere with a better customer service like Serpentarium or even online! I was taking a look at their fish and decided to get some, and I asked her to catch me two specific fish, and since the room is small I stood outside to give her some room. She caught the fish and said all sales are final. She didn’t even answer back to me saying bye! I didn’t look at the fish because after all these years of being in this hobby I had never had the experience to be sold something that I had not asked for; but this time when I got home, I found out that she just caught the first easy two and didn’t accommodate my request! And there was no exchange as she had mentioned. I’m very disappointed with this kind of customer service and I hope I can update my review back to 5 stars next time I visit! Thanks for reading my feedback!

This place is the best the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. The animals are very healthy and cared for.

I have bought many animals from here. Fish, frogs, snakes, spiders. & would come regularly for feeders. They are very kind and knowledgeable, especially the owner. But recently I was made aware by an employee that many of their animals are WILD CAUGHT, and not captive bred, and I just can’t support that & the damage it does to not only the animal, but our wildlife. Sorry :(

Decent selection and some deals on decor if it's in. Cages could be kept up a little more but it's a lot of work.

Nice little set up. The gentleman working was very nice and welcoming. Would recommend a stop for reptile keepers and possibly tropical fishes too(although fish selection is a bit limited).

Knowledge and quality of care for the animals are the most important qualities for a pet store, add a large selection of animals and supplies and you will love Gx3 too!

This place is awesome Antonio and Riley have the best customer care they have gone above and beyond to take care of me and they are extremely knowledgeable hands down this is my favorite reptile place in Sacramento and their prices are amazing

Nothing like I expected! Pushing feeders is not a pet shop.

Helpful staff and healthy pets. So many varieties of snakes, lizards, monitors, turtles, and more. They have tanks, lights, substrate, feeding bowls, and tank accessories.

Great place. Wide variety of reptiles that you usually never get a chance to see up close. The staff there is friendly and helpful. Riley was awesome at answering my many questions about carpet pythons. Really cool to have a place like this in Sacramento. These people are passionate about reptiles. They have my business.

Okay so I am a beginner snake owner looking to expand the o another snake. The employees were amazing and so helpful when I had any questions.

This place has a lot of exotic pets for sale. Their prices are surprisingly cheaper than the bigger pet stores. The employee with the glasses is super helpful and really knowledgeable as far as care and maintenance of the animals they sell.

Good selection and good service

Got a little northern garter snake from here. Wish I would have gotten his brother as well :( Such a cute little guy. Cared for perfectly. He's still in quarantine but he shows no ill health so far.

I bought my corn snake and everything necessary from the inside of her cage to her food here. It's always fun to check out their animals when they're busy assisting other customers. The attendants are patient and helpful, no matter who comes to you. I recommend going here for any reptile need.

COOLEST pet store ever!!! Staff is literally expert level knowledge. We came here for my daughter's birthday and we just had a ball. Fun atmosphere, learned many new facts, great place to purchase feeders too!
