We come here to get the special spray and pink cream for our dogs ears. It’s actually for horses but works beautifully on our four legged babies. Staff is nice and the product is amazing.

Friendly and nice people. Reasonable prices on Timothy hay. By that I mean the best deal I've found. And its quality hay too. My only gripe is they are not open on Sundays.

Placed an order online and after three weeks of not receiving it I sent an email with my transaction receipt asking about the order. Waited days with no response. Then I called and was given the run around. Was told someone would call me back. No call back. Called again and was told they couldn’t find my order. Sent the email confirmation again along with my card transaction from the bank. Got a response saying I was refunded and wouldn’t be receiving the order. Not a good way to do business. I was impressed with the pricing online and was very respectful about the whole situation only to be shown that they didn’t want my business. The proper way to rectify a situation like this would be to ask if I would like refund and maybe offer a small discount for the inconvenience and my next order. No response back after I told them it wasn’t good business.

I wanted a pirahanna, but I went home with a big gold fish. Love it here, but smells like cats and dogs.

You can get feed for your animals but the place looks like a mess. And parking is only enough for two mb maybe three cars.

My mare needs a special recipe grain that not many stores carry. A feed store in a neighboring city reluctantly ordered 3 bags for me once. Even though I gave them my credit card and paid in advance. The second time I asked for an order they refused. No real reason given. Cantrell's will order it for me whenever I call. I don't have to pay for it until I pick it up. They are SO friendly and Awesome. Plus they save me from having to drive all the way to Norco. I go there as often as I can. LOVE Them!!

overall good place to get hay for horses but pet feed selection is very small and not the best prices. there are better places around for dog and cat needs

The ONLY place to go if you need animal feed. The owner / workers are awesome dudes and the prices are REALLY reasonable.

Well kept and the dogs are loved. I volunteer to clean, feed, and walk the dogs and their all lovable. They really are!

I have been going to this shop and it's very small but their customer service they take #1. I even bought little chick's call them if you are going for chick's they have special days for delivery. I asked all kinds of questions and they are very helpful. The guy that take the big bags of food to your car they know a lot about what to do or not to do.

I come here for all my backyard chicken needs. Came here for all my 6 chicks and their food and other necessary needs. I priced things at other feed stores or online, and they are competitive. Service and knowledge makes it a one-stop shop.

Always have what I need and the people that work here are very nice. it's really hard to go somewhere else when you get such good service here.

I have been buying all my animal feed from Debbie at Cantrell's for over 10 years. I don't go anywhere else. The prices are very competitive and I know I get only the best. I've been buying my dog food here for over a year. They have only high quality food and are cheaper than Petco. Plus, everyone there is friendly and will even help take your stuff to your car. Would definitely recommend!
