They have excellent knowledge and treat you pet and fully explain what is needed.

I just want people know how great Dr. White is. Kind and caring . My Oreo crossed over today and I loved her so much. Thank you Dr. White for being so Professional.

Extremely rude. The receptionist told me to "get off the phone and call someone else because they were too busy to take other customers. I would avoid such a place if I were you. She could have referred another place with a better attitude. I wonder how they treat their patients.

I rescued Rags seven years ago when he was 10 years. Dr White has been the upmost professional and caring vet I’ve ever had!! She made sure Rags was always cared for up too his final days. Rene at the front office has been there also when I needed appointments quickly. Rene always maintained a wonderful caring compassion. As all the other staff was been just as wonderful!! Love you all and Thank you Dr White for giving my Rags the care he needed. I would highly recommend this Veterinarian and staff to anyone.

Great staff, attentive and caring staff. Went in for a 9am appointment and was seen within minutes of check in by the vet tech. My cat was taken to another room for his shots. Will come back again for next check up.

Terrible communication from the staff. First, they couldn't accommodate my schedule for a wellness exam for my cat, and then no one explains that you need a wellness exam from their vet in order to get your prescription catfood, that they now can't get. I took my cat to another vet for the wellness exam who could accommodate my schedule and West Roseville Veterinary Hospital won't accept that. I'm now stuck trying to get a prescription so I can order my cats food online. This is not the first time they've dropped the ball regarding lack of communication. I won't go back to West Roseville Veterinary Hospital if I absolutely don't have to. Stay away.

I have two King Charles Cavaliers and they both love going to the Vet. And not just any Vet, they Love the staff at WRVH. And I have to say I like them a lot too. Always friendly and compassionate staff in a clean and orderly office. What more could you ask for?

Very accommodating, I had an urgent need as my dog injured his neck and they fit me in the same day.

We’ve been going to West Roseville for at least 10 years now. They’ve guided us along during the saddest of times when our dearest doggie got cancer and the happiest times when we got our newest puppy. Dr. White has always been great and shows true and deep concern when our dogs aren’t feeling their best. She follows up after appointments which we truly appreciate. All of the staff have been great to deal with when getting appointments set up or getting medications filled. During this last year with Covid, the staff comes out to our car and takes our dogs inside. It seemed a little strange to not go inside with our pups but we’ve found it less stressful than waiting in the lobby. They have found a great balance in still communicating any issues while keeping everyone safe during this year. We are thankful to have such a caring veterinarian and we rely on her advice to make sure our pups are the healthiest and happiest they can be!

Staff and vets are attentive and caring..

They offer services above and beyond. And don't make you feel like krapp if you skip on them. I really felt at home with my little buddy before leaving him for his appointment. Thanks.

They have taken great care of all of my dogs. Very pleased with their service and attitude.

I would not recommend this vet. They have not been helpful with offering alternate solutions to health problems my boxer is having. Their quote for surgery was absurdly high. When I declined they seemed to frown upon that and I sought alternate solutions on my own. I did take him back once to refill meds and the fact that he was doing fine seemed to annoy her and the comment was that he's doing better than she expected. I will never go back there and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Great staff. Everyone working here loves animals and treats our pets like their own. Both our 5 year old puppy and our 9 week old puppy are cared for and given the best treatment and check up they can get. Both the techs and Dr. are very knowledgeable and want only the best for our furry family.

Dr. White literally made my cat paralyzed. My cat was walking when we went to their office and when got back home, she was not able to stand up on her own feet. My cat was lethargic and I suggested Dr. White to inject B12 and give oral antibiotic to my elderly cat. I am not a Vet and she should have suggested me that the cat is sick and should not be injected B12, instead, not only she injected B12, but also injected antibiotic, something that I requested oral. Then of course, I got a large bill (which I don't care), however, the moment we got home, my cat was not able to stand on her own feet and she was paralyzed since and eventually died. She doesn't even deserve one star.
