Very clean, the store manager is a great and funny guy, very friendly, knowledgeable, an expert in fish physiology, habitats and always a great conversationalist.

Parking is abundant, watch out for the speed bumps (some are visible some not so). Lots of stuff for dogs and cats, fish and reptiles are not as well represented. Prices on some things are good and some things 2x over. Staff is mostly nice, some seem over worked. This is a good and accessories for dogs and cats with some reptile necessities with small fish (the only live creatures except for some bugs for food) and their needs.

Great store with lots of choices between commercial and specialty brands of pet food. Wonderful helpful employees on my visit.

Shelves are never stocked. Items never have prices on them. Staff is nice.

Shopped only at their fish department, but they have a good selection of fishes and best prices on fish food. Found a fish (Silver Cichlid) I have been looking for, and wasn't able to find at local fish stores. The fish has been fine so far and has a great appetite.

Icky I’m sorry it felt really off the entire store was just empty I saw maybe one employee. The staff seemed snarky or disinterested. To be honest though this was not towards me but the other staff members.

As a paying customer don't expect to use the restroom here. They have decided to lock the bathrooms that I have used for many years and make them employee only! Done shopping here!!!!

They were not as attentative as other locations. A handful of regular items I buy were either not available or they don't carry or I couldn't find in the store.

My wife and I went in to buy some stuff for the cats and I happen to have something on my hands that need to be washed off and it was made very clear to me I was not allowed to use their sink to wash my hands it was for employees only very disappointing had to leave

Giant store with every type of dog and cat food. Also has some hard to find items, i found the carbon replacement filters for my cat box.

This is the CHEAPEST place for all your pet needs. Been coming here since their open 8-10 years ago. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Love this store and it's employees. I shopped in the South San Francisco store for years and when I moved up here, the first store I looked for was Pet Club and I was so happy to find the Roseville store. I go no where else for my dog.

Good prices. I knocked off a star for poor organization. Why aren't all of a certain item found on one, or at least adjoining aisles. You have to wander almost the whole store to see all your selections of just one product.

I had great customer service when I went in today looking for treats and dog food. It's the only place locally that carries the treats my dog likes. This place is especially good if you need large bags of cat and dog food.
