Service has been rough. Even with making an appointment, it was going to be a 40 minute wait.

These girls rock my socks! Always so good with my boys. Great prices and they always fit you in.

Our beautiful big boy was put to sleep today. I originally called around for pricing and this place was the first on my list. They ended up also having the most affordable price. And right from the start I knew this was the place. The legendary customer service continued through the entire experience from 1st phone call to goodbyes. I CANNOT say enough how sweet the entire staff is and I will be be singing their praises forever. It felt like we were with family and that made it a little less painful. Thank you all and especially Mikaela. You are all amazing.

Booked a new patient appointment at 4pm for my dog. I called when I was there and waited in my car, and literally ended up waiting for over 45 minutes for my appointment. There was no updates or apology for why it was taking so long for the appointment. The vet clinic closes at 530pm, so already 45 minutes later, I felt my dog was not going to get the attention he needed and be comfort enough to get to know the vet so I left. I went through alot to have my dog prepare to go to the vet, because he is afraid of it. I was very disappointed that they couldn't even update me why they were so behind and start the appointment at the time they told me to come.

Called around for neuter prices, Cirby Sunrise had the best prices. I hadn't been here for a few year's but let me tell you I'm back for good! They are so caring, loving, professional. They have clinic on Wednesday and Saturday, not all vets do that. They take the time to explain everything to you. I started crying while leaving my pug for his procedure and they reassured me he would be fine because they completely understand the breathing issues pugs have and they will NOT leave him until fully awake then the assistant said he would be with her all day which totally eased me. The veterinarian herself is so thorough while examining our animal, and explaining what she is doing. A wonderful Veterinarian Practitioner and very compassionate efficient staff.

I had a voucher to get a stray female momma cat spayed, and they were just the best in taking great care of her. Explained all of the medications, and types of sutures that were used. I'd highly recommend this vets office to take care of my furbabies. Just super people!

They did pretty well, but forgot one of the procedures I requested. So I had to go to another vet to have it done.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a vet! My dog was injured and asked that he be cared for a certain way I was COMPLETELY IGNORED! As if to show how little the staff cared. At the time I made the appointment I said I would be exactly on time so he didn't need to be in the car one second longer than needed and they said they would be waiting and I got a ride so my dog could be properly supported during the drive when talking to the staff made a big point I one didn't want to keep my dog in the car for long due to his injuries, as well as my ride didn't have much time we were left out front for 30 minutes after our appointment time before he was taken in for a pain shot took 2 minutes and was charged $100 was even tho he was a current patient of the practice. This is absolutely the worst place I have been. After this experience here I went 1/2 a mile down the road and had the best service I have ever had with a vet the vet took the time to answer questions and was reasonably priced unlike this place that wouldn't give me any advice without begging and also nickel and dime me to death. I wouldn't take a rat here let alone a animal I care for this place should be shut down or at the very least the entire staff replaced because they clearly don't care about animals let alone helping animals parents understand what's going on with our loved ones. I have heard this from many people since this appointment I could go on but believe I have made my point. This place used to be highly recommended something changed for the worse and it's clear with the current staff no one should go here no matter the cost if you care about your animals health and treatment

The Doc and staff are amazing! You can tell they love helping our fur babies. My geriatric chihuahua is doing much better.

My first visit to Cirby Sunrise Vet and I could not be more impressed with the care given to my pug dog and the efficiency of the staff.

Great vet and staff! Excellent service and very fair fees. We needed to get our cat spayed and they were able to take us in within a few days. The other vets we called before contacting Cirby had a wait of 2-4 months. Cirby Sunrise Veterinary is now our vet for all our pets!

By luck I ran across this doctor and I've never seen such dedication to customers and their pets more than any other facilities that I've been to. As a lot of you may already know most other vets seem to be more interested in the money that they can scam off of you and it seems like they set things up where you have to come back so they can take more money from you but I don't get this type of feeling from this veterinarian. I found a good veterinarian I think everybody out there should know that this is a dedicated doctor to the survival of your pet and you're treated with respect from all of her staff which a lot of veterinarians have forgotten all about.

Love this place. The ladies here are very kind. Affordable pet care and they often have payment options for costly pet care.

I made an appointment. They didn't input it at all. I had to call to confirm my appointment (their job) they then told me to come down. I sat in my car with my cat for over an hour. I then left. If they can't be trusted to do simple admin tasks, can they really care for my pet? I won't be back.

Amazing vet actually spent time with my neighbors dog. The prices are great and affordable.

I just moved to the area and reached out to new friends on NextDoor. Dr Case was recommended by several and as I have a newborn kitten unable to walk I needed immediate care. The staff was kind, knowlegable and compassionate. Dr Case explained her diagnosis, possible cause and steps I can take to help my baby. She provided video of Barlee during the exam, printouts, links, etc that are very helpful. I feel blessed to have found a new home for my babies PS Also very reasonably priced.. They are so amazing here! My kitty Salem got all of her shots and also had her spay here. They remember her and all my family I refer here. Prices are great, and the people are even better! A great friend refered me here and I won't go anywhere else.

Every member of this practice gives all patients there very best. I switched vet practices from Foothill Farms after being with them for 5 years.
