Surprisingly small store but well stock and well kept. Happy to find some dog boots in my pups size that were only $25 and seem to be fine quality.

I really appreciated one male manager, I think he was manager, that helped me find the on line discount and find multiple things I needed.

When I went trainer and dog owners were training dogs in the isles of the store making it difficult to shop.

Great customer service. No hassel. Bought my fish pet food, conditioner, tester and decor. You can buy on amazon it will be just little bit cheaper but you need to wait a day or two. You can always run to petsmart to get it right away without waiting.

Kody is super helpful! Honestly, makes me want to come to this location just for the helpfulness, teamwork and efficiency him and his co workers utilize to assist customers. Great job you guys. U definitely affected my day :D

Dog food here expired and bad, foul smell. Had to return. Not fresh, all their bags expiring with 6 months and they store the bags in hot area.

I was real upset this past Monday when your salesperson in Glendora informed me that PetSmart discontinued stocking Grain Free American Journey dog food, in particular the Sweet Potato and Salmon and Active Salmon brown rice & vegetable. I ran all over town trying to find 28# bags but only found (4) 4# bags and 1 4# Active Salmon brown rice & vegetable. R they being recalled for any health reasons? Please advise.

Mostly well stocked and fair prices. But flea equipment is much more exepensive than petsmart.com and the store was out of flea combs when I went (during flea season). Workers were attentive and asked if I needed any assistance
