Very slow an bad customer service. The lady sat on her phone texting at front desk ignoring me for like 3 mins while I was trying to talk to her. Not to include they gave my dog snug the worst hair cut I’ve ever seen. I had to go back an redo myself. Would no recommend anyone to put their animal through this horrible experience.

Would definitely recommend! Amazing customer service! Maryssa was so helpful, we where struggling at check out and she was very patient and nice. Would 10/10 recommend to everyone I know

I had a great experience with posh puppy! I realized I made a mistake in my order and emailed them. They responded quickly and fixed my order before it shipped. I would definitely order again.

I was so excited to find this place! I placed an order for a rhinestone collar. When it finally arrived, it was poorly made and came with the wrong charm. They offered to replace the collar. After weeks of nothing, I contacted them and was told that their "designer" had been ill and they would replace the collar at no charge to me and would refund my cost. Great. Only problem is, they only issue store credits. So, I ordered some clothing items with my credit. Their sizing charts are very arbitrary. Despite my best efforts at ordering based on their options, most of the clothing did not fit. They are good about returns, but then you have to wait 2-3 weeks for the replacements to arrive. I have returned more items than I would consider normal. Their customer service is ok. The sizing and the cost and the time it takes to receive and then return an item is ridiculous. I won't be ordering again.

After circulating mini pet stores in California this was the one I fell in love with. When I moved back to the Midwest I continue to buy from them at least every month. They have such a vast array of different designers who I love and such a display of clothing. They also have very chic toys perfect for my little girl. Thanks again!

I love the Posh Puppy Boutique and they have great customer service. The item that I originally wanted was out of stock but, their customer service team reached out to me very quickly and offered another solution. I'm sooo happy with my purchase and my new puppy loves her cuddle cup. Thank you Posh Puppy Boutique!!!

Regarding order # 84276. We ordered a fancy dog ribbon harness that is literally 4 pieces of ribbon. It was a Christmas gift that ended up being too small since their sizes are incorrect(apparently we needed a large for a dog that would normally be a small, kinda shady?!). We would have loved to exchange the product especially since it was over $100.00 still brand new with tags never even tried it on our dog. Due to some health issues and covid we were never able to reach out once again (we tried top reach out in march as well) until now to check on if we could still exchange the product. The girl on the phone was very rude and would not budge on exchanging a product that once again NEW WITH TAGS, NEVER USED OR EVEN TRIED ON OUR DOG. Very disappointed. We will not be purchasing from this business again even though we have literally spent thousands of dollars at this store and would have happily continued to. You would think they would like to keep a loyal customer. I've noticed other reviews also complaining about returns and proper sizing as well. I hope the business owner will respond with a kind solution to the issue we are facing then with the snarky remarks that were made towards others who have written poor reviews.

I've ordered from them on numerous occasions, all the way from Tennessee. Always love the quality and the price. My four schnauzer girls are always the envy of all at the doggie spa.

Horrible first experience. They don’t have a stock of the knit toys - Buyers have to wait 2-3 weeks for each toy to be handmade, which is ridiculous in my opinion. Posh Puppy Boutique is not an Etsy store, where you would expect items to be handmade 1 x 1 ... It’s an online store, which should have merchandise in stock. After waiting 10 days for communication/shipping confirmation I called to cancel the order, and was informed by a very rude representative that I would only get a store credit. So basically, I’m canceling my order because I’m unhappy with the service and handling of said order and they’re hijacking my money (during a pandemic when everyone is watching their expenses no less) to force me to purchase from them again. Really nice. I applaud your manners, service to customers and professionalism.

There is nothing "posh" about this business other than the fact that they overcharge for foreign (Mexico) made pedestrian pet accessories. I placed an order for 3 cherry raised pet feeders with a promise of 3-5 day shipping turnaround. The first issue was that my items didn't ship for 9 days. A mild annoyance, but certainly forgivable. The second issue was that when the feeders did arrive, instead of the elegant cherry color I was expecting from the online photos, I received a bright metallic red. The third issue was was that I only received 2 of the 3 feeders, yet was charged for all three. That's 1/3rd of my order! Okay, so things happen, thus I contacted their support team to rectify the problem. This turned out to be a separate annoyance. Immediately I was presented with a generic Zendesk interface telling me to leave my email because support was busy and they'd get back to me, but someone entered the chat anyway. Unprofessional, but whatever. I explained to the rep what was going on, so the first thing that was asked of me was to send a picture of the 2 units I received to "prove" I didn't receive 3. As if I couldn't have just taken one out of frame. So instead of checking the shipping weight of the manifest against the known weight of the items, I'm burdened with proving their error. Once I did that, I was then told the returns department would be handling the case and getting back to me. When I asked how long that would take, I was told there was no way of knowing and I'd just have to wait. They did get back to me the next day and offered me a refund only after I return the 2/3 received feeders to them at my own expense. My overall impression of this company is that they are not customer oriented and unconcerned with the experience that the customer is having with this business. They've not only wasted my time with a delayed shipment, but further proved that my time is not valuable to them by screwing up my order and putting the onus on me to make it right. Not very "posh" at all.

Posh Puppy Boutique is the best! They have great quality dog apparel that you can’t find any where else along with excellent customer service. I have a new Pomeranian and needed help with sizing and Miranda answered all my questions with the upmost knowledge and patience. I just placed my second order with them this weekend. Just remember that some items are custom made and will take a bit longer to receive. Good things come to those who wait. It’s worth it.
