I would not purchase here. Sulcatas are not well cared for. Sunken in eyes. Practically dead. They do not give care sheets. Not well informed on care. Rude staff. Do their best not to honor return policy.

Walked in and was never acknowledged by the salesperson even though she nearly knocked me over. Prices were reasonable but most of the inventory was marked NFS (Not For Sale)

Some cool reptiles. The customer service needed work. We were the only customers in the store and the guy working there made no attempt to engage with us or help us out. Being first time reptile buyers, we needed all the help and advice we can get. Bought a bearded dragon elsewhere.

Excellent selection. Top notch service. I had a gecko that needed a home ( due to a family loss) and he was glad to take it for me. Thank you very much

I love this place all the people that work there are helpful and got such great and correct knowledge of reptiles and anything in the store in general their customer service is awesome they are always friendly always helpful and always really quick to help with whatever I need no matter how many customers are in the store they are on top of everything

Pretty cool. Took my lil guy here he loved it. They don't have much for supplies for my lil red eared slidder Tudds but still worth the stop to check out the reptiles In Out & On w/ Life

Amazing experience coming here today. Reptiles are such amazing animals, and always brighten up a kids day. Today was much different though. We were all blown away by the service we received and were able to encounter one of the coolest reptiles ever. The amazing representative created an ever lasting memory that will never be forgotten. What a great addition to our Valentine's Day! Thanks so much!!!

I would absolutely give 10 if possible, they have enough substrate and reptile supplies to keep you going forever, and both of the employees couldn’t possibly be more helpful! 5/5

Owner/employee is very knowledgeable and caring of all animals! Very nice to see an animal lover is willing to help and give advice to the community. Amazing reptile selection and clean displays. Crickets are decently priced at 1.39 for 20☺️
