Took my frenchie and he smell good and look good thank you

Not reliable, smells like smoke in the shop and my dog wasn’t probably groomed. 95$ for nothing, I don’t recommend.

Bubble Leashes does perfectionist grooming! Leslie is their star groomer. Nicole, the owner, is so accommodating AND nice!! My 2 dogs (big & small: one's cheeky; the other's shy) do not go anywhere but here every 2 weeks. Prices are competitive. Got kids? They'll be hypnotized by the turtle tank in the front window! :) I've been meaning to post this review for years now! I've never used so many explanation points in my life--haha--but they're all perfectly-placed today. ~ Cheers! P.S. (whispered) Even if you don't have a pet, check this place out---only with /respect/--specifically for the incredible real estate of a 'fore-mentioned HOTTIE!

Excellent service with a smile

I tried getting into contact to get my dog in and they were dead silent. If your patient good luck because they will keep you waiting and waiting. Really disappointed ☹️ Don't offer appointment bookings if your not going to honor or respond AT ALL. Good luck. I understand with COVID times are tough but being this way about business won't keep money in your pockets or the bills paid. Really disappointed ☹️ the place seemed so nice online.

I take my giant schnauzer to this groomer, one because she is dedicated to groom and willing to groom my dog, I know schnauzers can be quite sassy especially when they are puppies but every time I pick up my dog she looks amazing and exactly how I want her. I also understand due to the pandemic and because life happens they are not always going to be there on time or won’t open at all but that doesn’t stop me from coming back, it’s the quality and service and hard dedication this woman gives to satisfy a customer is the reason why I keep coming back. Understanding dogs behavior is one thing but knowing how your own dog will react during the grooming process gives a lot more reason to understand why some can’t be finished on time. In my point of view as long as my dog gets her grooming done in a professional matter thats all good in my book. I highly recommend her and suggest on being flexible and patient with her she’s worthy the trip, time and money.

My Experience with my golden retriever was pretty bad. I went there for a puppy cut and I got a puppy cut and more. They cut my dogs whiskers ( nothing left on her face ) also and the shaving was jagged and uneven and she was bruised near her rear butt area. I most definitely will not bring my dog there again. I wouldn't want anyone else to have this experience.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!! oh my goodness I won’t ever go anywhere else ever!! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. My dogs loved the environment and the vibe for sure was more than comforting. I do have 3 dogs all together and I was in shock and surprised as hell they did the best job!

Great place to bring your dog to get them a grooming. The owner Nicole was awesome will be taking my dogs again.

Never answered or returned my calls. I even went there and they were never opened.

Horrible is being kind! Called made appointment for 1pm, the guy never asked what type of cut or anything for that matter, I have a terrier so pretty much all cuts same. He seamed to have extreme allergies don’t know. Said running a little behind I said give me a call, hunted all over for pen then proceeded to jot down on piece paper he found. Called at 230 not done called at 330 will let you know was his response. So at 4 pm I had enough, went there he said yea you know when you have 13 dogs it gets backed up. Not my problem that’s why I made appointment. Finally brought her out I looked at her while I was writing my check, then bent down she wasn’t even clipped seriously, his response was oh we didn’t now you wanted her clipped, you have to tell us. So she spent 4 1/2 hours to be who knows washed! Well I gave you 15.00 off you got good deal because it would of cost $45.00. I replied I would of paid $50.00. What a JOKE will advise you not professional at all. Thought I would try place closer to home lesson learned back to polished paws where they are professional , and appointment is key!!!!

Nicole is a lady with skills. My dogs don't even mind going to the groomer because she's that awesome.

Enjoyed how the owners of Bubble Leashes Pet Salon showed great care in grooming my Labradoodle. He looks perfect! Exactly what I had imagined him to look like! Thank you so much for taking in all my concerns and in providing great service to our little fur baby Gizmo, making him look so handsome for ChristMas! My dog needed a last minute trim and bath, this place was able to accommodate us quickly! We called around 2:30 pm and arrived at 3:00 pm and they took her in. It was our first time trying out this pet groomer and have nothing but positive things to say. 1. Very welcoming! They had us fill out paperwork with our information and our dog's info. They mentioned that it would take about 3 hours (which was fine considering other groomers are about the same) 2. Location is great! It took 2 hours for them to finish up with her, during this time my husband and I decided to go for a walk in downtown Riverside and had some coffee, a cupcake and we checked out the butterfly wall. It's nice considering that there is something to do that's close by while you wait. 3.She smelled and looked amazing! Omg she was so fluffy and beautiful. Haha. And the bow that they added was a nice touch. Also, we have taken to her other groomers and she is usually scared or cries for a bit once we pick her up. However, she did not act like this when we saw her and picked her up. That made us happy.

OMG!!! I just want to say How Exciting it is to find an amazing Spot for my 2 Schnauzers, right off the back my Fur babies Loved Nichol and they came out looking Amazing!!!

Stay far far away from this groomer! The unprofessionalism is astonishing and they should be embarrassed. Mom and Pop shops are usually our go to, and for years our boys have gone to the same Mom and Daughter duo groomers with no issues. We moved about a half hour away from our groomer and have been toying with the idea of finding another one closer, but decided to call our groomers anyway to try to schedule an appointment. Our groomer was about a week out in appointments and our fur babies were in desperate need of a spa day. There was no way they could have waited a week. We had recently gotten back from vacation to mats and ticks all over our Shitzu and Maltese (they get into everything, it’s not that uncommon with them). So we yelped. Bubble Leashes came up and seemingly had good reviews, so we made our appointment and were surprised to be able to get them in the next day. At 2pm the next day our fur babies were dropped off. By 9pm they still were not done. When we called to see if they were done (at 850) we were told they would be ready in a few minutes. We head down and they’re not finished with either dog. My husband and I sat in their shop for another 40 minutes leaving at about 945pm. While there, I hear from the backroom a whispered “babe, what’s wrong with his eyes” (the groomer to her boyfriend). We’re freaked out at this point. Our pups are finally brought out to us and we head out of there as fast as humanly possible and check out our boys in the car. My poor Maltese’s eyes were swollen shut. 220 dollars to the vet later, our baby was found to have small cuts to his cornea, most likely from fallen hair or particles in his eyes from the groom. We contacted Bubble Leashes to see if they would help us pay for the vet expenses and although they agreed to help if our story checked out with the vet, after a week we received radio silence. So I call them tonight, 8 days later and the boyfriend questions why I would call them and tell them about my dog and then my vet, like I had conspired with my vet to hook them. (I called my vet to release forms to Bubble Leashes because that is what they wanted). For a shop that insists on their website that they’ve never hurt an animal, my dog spent the week with a cone, antibiotics, and pain meds and refused to remedy the situation because the vet could only speculate/be suspicious that the groom was the cause (keep in mind, my dogs had been to the vet in the morning prior to the groom). They should probably change the “no injuries” thing on their website. My dog walked in dirty and in need of a spa day, not with eyes swollen shut. Furthermore, I am very aware that my boys were in rough shape when I brought them in. I know it took time to trim the mats and tackle the ticks, but I would have let it go and just moved on with my life had it not been for my Maltese’s corneal injuries and their choice not to remedy the situation and be complete UNPROFESSIONALS ABOUT IT. Instead, I get an indignant boyfriend who blames my dog’s injuries on the fact that he was in need of a serious groom (well DUH, if you couldn’t handle a dog in serious need of a groom, don’t be a groomer). BTW, my dog is doing great now and there is thankfully no permanent damage to his eyes. Overall, we will be driving the 30 minutes to our old groomer and scheduling their appointments far in advance. I trust them to take care of my fur babies (even when they’re rough around the edges) like they are their own and take precautions so that grooming injuries don’t happen. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND WOULD NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE BUBBLE LEASHES TREATED US. BTW: I have proof of everything I said here. Check out their Facebook page to see my receipts.

The shop is clean and nicely decorated. The staff is helpful and friendly, and my mini-schnauzer seems to enjoy going to the groomer more than he used to. overall, just a great little place to get your pet's haircut.

My name is Quinn and I had the pleasure of being pampered at "BUBBLE LEASHES" 1ST off i want to thank Ms Nicole for her kindness, and patients with me, see I'd never been to a place like this before, and although i was excited, and mom told me about it, i was bit skeptical ... but mom has always done right by me, lets see i got a nice bath, all my hair washed, mmmm and i smell good, i got a super cool hair cut ... and my nails clipped, i look amazingly gorgeous, mom can't keep her hands off of me ... she keeps loving on me so much, and i just love the way i feel. Thank you Ms Nicole Your AWESOME.

Be sure to give love to Pheonix the cat that lives there...be aware she can bite. Great spot and the owners are good people.

I seriously don't know how they received 4 stars from others unless they have a lot of family members rating them. I really believe they don't know what an appointment is. I've been there maybe 4 times now and each time I call for an appointment time. They will give me a time but they never have had him finished on time and I don't want to leave him in a cage all afternoon. I think 2 hours is more than a reasonable amount of time to finish a small dog, if there was an appointment made. On one occasion, they said i can pick him up at a certain time. Yeah right, I ended up waiting over a hour and I swore then i would never go back.....And i mean it this time. I'll find another groomer, there are many around.

Well I can’t say if she is good or bad. I showed up early for my appointment only to find the door locked and no one in sight. I waited until a reasonable amount of time had passed and left. Big red flag for me. If the owner is not interested in keeping appointments, I can’t imagine she is responsible in any other way. Needless to say, I won’t Be calling back.

Excellent service, clean inside, and a hidden gem! The ladies here can color your dog's hair. They shaved my poodle mix and colored her tail blue. This is my go to spot for my dogs. I highly recommend them.
