The most kind and careful groomers. Very supportive with my dogs first cut and have been fantastic at managing grooms through the pandemic..very reassuring with all precautions taken for Covid security. Thoroughly recommend.

These are the best groomers I’ve ever visited. My Golden Doodle’s coat looks fab after his visit. Hand Stripped, not shaven all over like he had elsewhere in the past. We also have a Cockapoo who is nervous but he’s very well looked after.

Received knowledgeable advice regarding my dog's coat. Very impressed with the friendly service. Now booked in to have her claws cut and hair trimmed around her paws at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend them.

Highly recommend these guys! Have used them on both my Goldendoodles for 2.5 years from puppies and they are amazing, my dogs are always excited about being there and are very calm and comfortable in their hands. Left my poor dog with a terrible cut and really quite traumatised. Never had an issue elsewhere. Will not be using this service ever again. There are so many other good groomers around i really wouldn't risk it here. I do see they have some good reviews but i question if they are real following my awful experiance. The lady who dealt with my jasper was a big girl with long hair. Perhaps the other people are better?

I am very pleased with this salon! My Tibetan terrier is long haired and because of Louise and Mike I am able to keep him that way! He looks absolutely beautiful after a bath and a trim! My other dog is short haired and requires stripping every now and then. She also gets a regular bath. As she is a very nervous dog Louise and Mike did a brilliant job to make her comfortable and she loves Mike to bits now! Louise and Mike are always approachable if you have certain requirements for your dog and do always their best to please the customer! I would highly recommend them!

I have been taking my dog Lucy to bark and call for four years now. She loves her visits and Mike and Louise have always been brilliant. Lucy has a very fast growing coat and to keep it looking good she needs grooming a maximum of every ten weeks. I have never had any problem with the service I have received. Mike is very patient and gentle and Louise and their apprentices are always welcoming and friendly. I have always recommended bark and call to anyone wanting their dog groomed and have never regretted my choice.

Have been using At your bark and call for a number of years with our 3 dogs. Mike and Louise are very friendly and helpful and willing to offer helpful and useful advice on all aspects of care. All our dogs are groomed differently and each groom is tailored to their needs. Highly recommended.

I take both of my mini Australian Labradoodles to Louise & Mike & I couldn't be happier with the service we receive. My girls are well treated in their care & are always returned to me looking beautiful & smelling divine. Mike is very knowledgeable & is able to give good, sound advice. I can't rate At Your Bark & Call highly enough.

Wouldn't advise taking any dog here. I found him very rough with my dog and his cut was sloppy .said if I wasn't happy then just say but when I asked to change something his response was oh i don't recommend that... someone I know got fleas from here as well. AVOID

I take both my dogs to At Your Bark and Call and I would highly recommend the salon. Both dogs are happy to be taken here and will even jump up at Mark and Louise pleased to see them. Not only does Mike do a great job with the cut he is also a wealth of experience when it comes to dogs, I have in the past asked his advice and saved myself an expensive vets visit. Lovely family run business.

This was our puppy's first grooming. It could not have gone better. They were very gentle yet firm so the puppy was not unduly stressed. We even got a lot of advice on how to train the puppy. We will go again. I have to say I do not recognise the description given in the earlier one star review

I take my dog Beanie to At Your Bark And Call and I highly recommend them. Louise and Mike ensure it is a stress free environment and he always comes home looking lovely, Mike and Louise do a fantastic job.
