They need to take better care of the turtles! Was super disappointed to see many with open cuts.

I never shopped there and your emails keep coming, very annoying. Cease and desist.

Now that we have a family dog, we frequent the pet stores. Petco is convenient for my location although they seem to be short on many items. I do like the service…because if I have questions, they take time to assist. And their return policy is easy!

Definitely have to give this place 4 stars. I would’ve given this place five stars except they had very little canned cat food options. Customer service was wonderful and they have a great selection for cat adoption. The price is reasonable and comparable like every other pet stores but they do have a good selection of cat litter and cat food. Service: A + Price: A + Quality: A+

the best store for pets and accessories

We can find everything we need to care for our dog here. Natural flea shampoo/spray, chew toys, pig ear treats, food/water bowls, etc. Make sure to check the clearance bin before check out! During our last visit to the store we found a very similar chew toy to the one we were purchasing for $10 less (same brand and quality, different color). During checkout the kids have fun watching the pet groomers give haircuts to furry customers.

Yes, they're friendly, but the animals that work here dont speak English nor know how to count. There was a spider who I could of swore slid in a fat joke and a beta who begged me to rescue him because it was like gladiator school at night. All arranged by the mollies

Found exactly what I needed with minimal effort. Staff was helpful when I initiated the conversation (to be clear, this is my preference. If I want help I will ask otherwise I prefer to be left alone while browsing a store) and very knowledgeable. Able to check out various options for my kitty's health options for a replacement grain free food option as the one we were using has since been discontinued.

I call ahead and order 5 mice. Petco has them waiting for me upon arrival which gets me on the road fast to deliver these tender creatures to a ravenous snake. Works for me, for Petco people, and for Mr. Snake. As for the mice, well, not so much.You just can't please everyone.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a nice gentleman named “Faustino”. I went to the cashier and that sweet same person helped me, I had a complicated order and he had a long line behind me and instead of being agitated with me he patiently helped me. What a great employee! I wish there was more kind people like he is.

EDIT!! We tried getting a second bird but sadly it was gone when we got there. After searching everywhere we found a beautiful black cap and she is a sweetheart. ..The best folks you have working at this store. First was John, the manager. I spoke with him many times over the phone about the purchase of my families new conure and he was amazing! I appreciate all his knowledge and hard work in helping my family. Thank you John!! While in-store Michelle helped us say hello to our new baby and even let him kiss her fingers, as he was just a little shy. We're excited to pick our new parrot after the health hold.????
