Customer service is terrible. Was afraid to leave dogs with her because of her demeanor with dog owners. Was warned by my neighbor about taking dogs there.

I took my little one..when I dropped her off... she had a few dreadlocks... and was having an issue with seeing out from under her bangs...when I got her back... she still looked like herself...not trimmed with a cookie cutter...and she smells AMAZING...i must admit I'm always very nervous about taking her to a new groomer...bu I will definitely be sticking with this one for as long as I can

I took my husky and they did an amazing job. My baby’s coat looked so shiny and she smelled so good. Definitely recommending them to my friends and family.

Called regarding prices, gave her pets breed and age ( Australian cattle mix and 13 1/2) . She told me “oh no, she’s too old. We don’t groom dogs 10 plus.” First off, that is the most bizarre statement I have ever heard from a groomer. Secondly, not once have I ever been told that. We recently moved up to Rialto and our old groomers is in the city of Upland, clearly too far of a drive. I have this groomers a chance even though she only had 3.1 starts, but boy was I mistaken for even giving them a chanc. Waste of time !

Racist towards chihuahuas they wont take your dog in if it has any type of chihuahua in him/her and lady was rude

Called to have my 15yr old Cocker groomed, they refused, huh?

Called because I was looking for a new groomer. As soon as I told them my dog was disabled, they rudely rejected. No questions asked. I am not giving the 1 star for not accepting my dog but because of how rude they were. I've called other places that declined but they were nice so no bad stars for them, only this place.

My experience with just a phone call was, shes descriminating my poodle due to her age...WTH???? Actually 1 star is too high, 0 should be my rating

I will never take my dog back to this place not only did they do the one thing I asked them not to do which was shave my dog but they were very unorganized they couldn't not find the leash I had left him with the clip part to his vest was broken . Then when I get home they call me to tell me they forgot to give me his name tag!i was Over charged for unprofessional service . My daughter hates what they did to her dog!!!

My Husky was Choked by the neak like a horse... #Animal-Abuse And was dragged all over the shop with a vacume and a hair knife. (witnessed by me) my dog cryed the whole time .... then this lady said to dry it in the sun outside <--- Not my job. My dog was TRAUMATIZED, SOAPY, STINKY & worst of all HAIR FALLING OFF EVERY WHERE! she charged me 75$ just to throw some water on my husky....... like i coulda done that .... My dog looked ugly and my car was all wet NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! dont take your dog here they are Animal Abusers ! Thank god no dogs have been killed by these ladies.... They dont respect animals and they should find a diffrent job because they have NO patients with dogs ......

Love ms.Mary. she is kind and sweet and makes sure ur pet is clean and happy ..ive never seen her abuse any animals ive taken both my dogs there . ive also stuck around and watched . unless its hapenning when no one is around , but I've yet to seen it for myself.

They abuse your dog when you are not around.no water nothing.

These people shaved my multi poo and then charged $75.00 honestly he needed a short cut but this is crazy he looks like a chiwawa i would never recommended this place to anyone. Do not take your pets here..first and last time i ever go there
