Susan, their master trainer, changed our lives in one hour! I now understand what my dog is trying to communicate and how to communicate better with him. Our friends and family are amazed at the change. The fee was worth every single penny as the change in our dog is absolutely phenomenal.

I made an appointment for training for my 12 week old Rottweiler pup. They require full vaccinations including rabies before training. It's not safe to vaccinate for rabies until 16 weeks. I feel anyone working with dogs should know this.

The staff is really nice I like that they are more structured and have more to offer with a indoor pool and the dog treadmills.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Real World Canine. My husband and I moved across the country to Reno last year prior to the pandemic. We have two French Bulldogs who were 6 months and 2 years at the time and badly in need of training. After having an awful experience at another local training facility, we did some research and noticed that other people switched over to Real World and so we decided to give them a try! Not only are these guys top notch professionals who know dogs well, they are friendly and organized. There is a whole portal for scheduling and record-keeping. Real World provides text reminders and promptly takes phone calls to address questions or concerns. If you board your dog, they provide a page for each day of the stay, detailing all aspects of the dog’s day (eating, playing, sleeping). When you train with Real World, you’ll get daily updates and videos to showcase your dog’s progress and work on any hang ups with your furry friend. Real World got us in right away for an evaluation and corrected behavioral issues that had become so problematic I thought our dogs would never get along with other dogs or stop re-directing on one another when they saw unfamiliar people or pets. Real World got them trained up and socialized so well that our dogs are such a joy! Not only are they well-behaved, but they’re not afraid to engage and play with other dogs! It was a night-and-day difference. We continue to bring Kai and Sully to daycare weekly and boarding as needed. They look forward to daycare and literally stand by the door to leave. They come home happy and tired! :) Rest assured, your pets are in very good hands at Real World Canine. I cannot give a more positive recommendation to this facility.

My Taz loves this place. She gets so excited to come here. I know when I drop her off in the morning she's in good hands! I get a break and peace of mind knowing she's having a wonderful time with her K-9 friends!!

Great place they treat all of the dogs like family

After not making much progress with another trainer, we decided to try Real World Canine. We were still training my German Shepherd to be my mobility dog and he had some problems focusing when other dogs were around. This was due to him being charged and barked at numerous times. RWC started him out as a "yellow" dog and worked on his confidence around other dogs. He made wonderful progress here and continues to go once a week.

Well controlled safe environment for dogs

This place is incredible. We took our dog there that needed a lot of training. Waylon received his certification in 10 visits and to this loves going back for day camp to play with all the other dogs. I have and will continue to endorse Real World Canine, highly recommend the great people there such as Susan and Magen.

I adopted a female, five month old Husky/Shep mix who was a bit of a handful. RWC's puppy foundations, play groups, pools, and "report cards" have helped Elke and me work together at home to further develop Elke's good canine citizenship. As soon as we turn up Sutro, she knows where she is headed and can barely contain herself. She has some special furiends (Tucker another Husky, Cody a Shep, and tiny PUA the Frenchie) who she plays so much with, she can barely stay awake to eat dinner. I highly recommend RWC.

My dog Rosie had a wonderful time! She came home completely tuckered out from playing and having fun all day :) The employees are very friendly and professional. They really took their time with me and answered all of my questions about my dog’s day. An employee even showed me videos of her exercising when I asked to see what she was up to! I highly recommend Real World Canine and will be sending my friends with energetic pups there as well! :)

They are awesome. Really got my GSD to socialize.

I cannot say enough about this place and the people. The People! You can tell that they're real pet lovers and not just there for the pay check. I just wish I knew about Real World Canine earlier.

My dog had been severely abused before we adopted her. She had been physically beaten and then dumped. She was very afraid of humans. At RWC, the trainers were very gentle and patient with her and helped to build her confidence. Now she had graduated to green dog and had lots of new dog friends in the pack. But more important is that all the Humans are very kind, positive and patient. There is no better or safe place that I could take my dog to. I recommend RWC to all my friends and anyone else that wants the best care for their dog while at work or away.

Amazing place for your Real World canine. Swimming, outdoor play in misters, treadmills, etc. I want to go there.

This is without question, the best place in town to take your dog for day-camp, training or boarding. My dog has attended Real World Canine since he was @ 3 months old, 1-2 x week. I have worked with the trainers to learn how to confidently handle him. He is well-socialized and an excellent listener. The facility is immaculate and well-run. I have not ever seen the dogs unattended. I have confidently and without hesitation recommended this facility to several of my friends.

A friend recommended us to take our puppy to Real World when he was five months old. He's been going every Friday since then. They are trustworthy, always take extra precaution with all the dogs to provide the best environment. It's scary to leave your dog with just anyone because they can't communicate to you about the experience - Real World calms all those fears and I am at peace every Friday knowing he is enjoying his day! This place takes wonderful care of our furry family member. We use day care and our dog comes home happy, hungry, socialized and satisfied. This company also worked magic with our rescue shepard as a pup to take her from a yellow dog to a green dog. Poor thing had been mistreated and the company understood dog psychology in an amazing way. SAFE, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, AFFORDABLE AND DEDICATED. Truly a professional organization.

We've been taking our dog here for a few weeks and already starting to see some big improvements. Definitely recommend taking your pup here. ????

This place is fantastic. My dog had previously been able to rule her roost and run free but this situation changed when I moved in with my sister and her dog, it did not go well as my girl played aggressively and her boy bit back. I am happy to say they now share space calmly and freely. I had to be trained also. It’s not just the dog, it’s the owner too and they take personal care in working with you. Everyone at RWC is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They continue to give attention to my dog’s personality, and our home’s collective needs. It ain’t cheap but you get what you pay for. Thanks y’all for making my life a bit easier :)

I had a great experience with Angela my trainer. She really knows what she’s doing and actually really cared about my dog showing improvement. Even after our sessions were over she would text me and ask how my pup was doing. Really can’t say enough about her. Great Job Real World K9

My fur baby Koda has benefited so much from the training and care that RWC provides! He is a 5 month old German Shepherd and he was scared of dogs (I know a German Shepherd scared of dogs?!?) but RWC worked with him and showed him there was nothing to fear!(: Within less than 10 Day Camps and Training he became a confident boy! I still take him to Day Camp twice a week, since he loves it so much and I couldn’t ask for a better facility. The staff is super friendly and great at explaining how to continue training out in the real world! I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a little help with training or somewhere for their fur baby to stay while they are out and about. (:

We've been taking our high-needs pup to this group for 3 years , and he is a different animal. I didn't think he'd be capable of what he is now able to do. I trust them, entirely, with my dog, and that says a lot because I am NEUROTIC about my creatures.

My dogs always come home tired and happy. The staff at Real World Canine also socialized my puppy thoroughly - where before she had dominance issues, she's now a well-adjusted happy dog who gets along with all dogs.
