Poor service. Had been our vet for years but when our girl dog was suffering excruciating pain and could not walk they refused to see her! She suffered for 5 hours before we could get her to the animal hospital.

Dr. Lambert has been so compassionate and kind to my little dog Malcolm.

This is our vet clinic and they have always been very good with our pets. We had a sick pet, and the vet was extremely kind and sensitive to what we were dealing with.

They wouldn't except a new patient. Now I don't know where to go to get my dogs shots which have to be done before 2/5/22 or the County will fine me. My regular vet has no appointments until April and I called 2 weeks ago. This is terrible.

Dr. Baggett was my cat's vet for about 14 years. When Tigger was about 11 yo, he vomited too often & chronically. All Dr. B did was ask me if he had possibly swallowed string and offered his in-store IBD food by Hills Science. It didn't help. Dr. B never offered anything else, no suggestions, no medicine, no follow-up, no concern, just silence. At 15yo, Dr. B recommended blood work and a couple of tests. Again, nothing got better for Tigger though we both saw over years he was losing weight. (I learned later that's a serious sign of illness.) At this exam, Dr. B thought he heard a heart murmur & told me I should take Tigger 187 miles??!! one-way to UCDavis to just get his heart tested. That was beyond ridiculous to take an elderly, sick cat nearly 400 miles, several hours in the car just because this Dr. suspected an heart murmur & he didn't have the equipment needed! And I STILL NEVER GOT HELP for the Tigger's chronic vomiting!!! The tests were not cheap, never got any REAL HELP. Very frustrating. Never will go back. They obviously don't invest in the tools they need to professionally treat cats. And they certainly don't seem to care. I took Tigger to 2 other vets after and neither mentioned hearing any heart murmur! This vet has a lot to learn about cats!!

I am very pleased with the exceptional service my fur babies recieve here. Been with North Vall Veterinary Clinic for 3 years now. Very grateful for them.

Great vets they got my sugar gliders in last year the same day when one had an absent tooth when it was almost impossible to find a vet in town

Idk whats been going on the last year but this place use to be my go to for my doggos health concerns and I had no issues or complaints up until this year. They never have any availability unless you'd like to wait a month after calling which, when your pets health is at stake, is unacceptable. I called and asked for at least instructions on how to treat my dogs ear infection and they could only recommend I take him to the ER, and they didn't even tell me where or which they recommend! Each time I've visited with both my dogs the assistants were obviously unhappy and communicated as little as possible. Idk about you but the last thing I need is someone giving me poor attitude and service when I'm concerned about my pup and getting him back to good helath promptly. Please remedy whatever it is that is causing these issues before it tips your reputation further downward and cost you more customers. Thank you.

Our 9 month old German shepherd had a dry white circle that was bleeding once in a while (didn't know where that came from nor how he got it) the Veterarian at North Hills told us that it was a ring worm and gave us an ointment to apply 3 times a day, after a week our furry baby is free of ring worm. We are very happy how he was very professional & knowledgeable the personal staff is friendly. I will recommend this place for your fury babys 100%

Great 1st visit. Very nice and professional. Doggo hates the vet, but was very comfortable with them.

Dr Bagget is the animal whisperer. He brings in such a calm, not only to the pets but to the parents as well. The staff are very caring and helpful. The place is very clean and inviting.

Great experience today for Thor and Kiwi, my dogs

This was my first visit with my dog, Theo. He had a double ear infection. When I called the clinic to schedule an appointment that morning, the front desk staff understood that it was urgent for my Theo to be seen and treated as soon as possible. Even though their schedule was full they went out of their way and gave me an appointment for the same afternoon. They were so kind. When I arrived with Theo I was greeted with kindness and efficiency. The office was very clean, organized and very nice. The wait time was minimal. Dr Baggett was our veterinarian. He was so kind and reassuring. He acknowledged Theo and was very calming for both of us. Erica was Dr Baggett's veterinary assistant. She was also very kind and reassuring. Theo needed to be sedated in order for his ears to be examined and cleaned. I left him with them and was told the procedure would take 1 to 2 hours. I left to run a few errands. When I returned to pick Theo up I was again greeted kindly and after payment for the procedure, Erica, Veterinarian Assistant, brought Theo out. Erica sat with me and explained, in detail, everything that was done for Theo. She also went over all of the instructions for treating Theo at home. I was and am extremely impressed and satisfied with the entire process. I highly recommend North Hills Veterinary Clinic. I will always take my animals here for treatment.

North Hills Veterinary Clinic has been my go-to for over 20 years and the have given all 6 of my dogs the best care!! The doctors and staff are top notch!!!

Dr. Lambert and Jessica are the best! I adopted 2 rescue pups and this team at North Hills are very helpful. Bonus was puppy bags!

We have been coming here for a few years now and so thankful to have such a great vet team since our fur babies are truly part of the family. From Dr Baggett who sees our dogs, to Dr Brown who sees the bunnies (truly amazing with those two) and Dr. Gonzalez who showed compassion and empathy when we made the decision to euthanize our old friend. Add to them is the front desk staff who have ways been attentive and welcoming. Thank you for all that you do. If you need a great vet team I cannot recommend them enough!

The Dr and staff are very friendly. You can tell they enjoy their work .. i went in there very nervous and worried about my dog and left the office very content. I recommend this clinic to everyone.
