They have been so good. Their attention to detail impresses. AND When you call, you get a human!!! We are new clients with medically difficult dogs. They were so kind to us and the pups.

We could not have asked for better care from Dr. Moore and the entire MVAH team!

Dr. Moore was easy to talk to and explained everything clearly. First time there with my new rescue dog Lexie.

This was a very nice Veterinary practice! The Vet, Dr. Alexandra Moore, was attentive, kind, reassuring to me & my dog, who happens to be a very nervous patient! He was not nervous after the Vet was done with his exam! He was happy ???? & got a clean bill of health!! This is the first time in quite a while that he was not shaking & nervous when we were leaving the Vet's office!! I really liked them & better than that, my dog liked them too!

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING!!! I've been with my vet clinic for over 20yrs and recently they became part of the VCA. The last few visits were absolutely awful!! I was so happy when I found this Privately-owned clinic with absolutely wonderful people on staff. I will definitely be bringing the rest of my furball family to this establishment. Would recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful/caring vet!!!

So glad we found Monte Vista. They were extremely attentive and listened to our concerns. We were nervous about not going in with our fur baby, but we were given an iPad to do a virtual visit and it went well. We will be establishing care with both of our kids.

This place is fantastic! I recently brought my highly anxious older dog for a visit and they went out of their way to make him feel comfortable. Dr Moore took the time to actually talk with me and answer questions and for once at a vet visit I didn’t feel rushed or ignored. It felt like a VIP concierge experience and I didn’t feel like my dog was just a number. They even gave me an iPad to use to watch a live stream of the appointment so I felt like I never left his side! So cool! Dr Moore is highly knowledgeable and personable and explained everything very well so I could understand my options and how to best care for my dog. The vet assistant Jessie is a dog whisperer and my dog was completely comfortable in her arms by the end of the appointment. He usually shakes with anxiety anytime we are out somewhere new but by the end he was so happy he came back to the car and fell asleep on my lap while we talked- and that was after getting shots and having his ears cleaned! If you treat your animals like your kids then you really should give this place a call.

The staff is AMAZING! I have a petrified dog and they are willing to take the time to not overwhelm him. I highly recommend them!

The MVAH team is so awesome! They've take the greatest care of our puppy, and they are the first team where I've experience my pup actually excited to see the vet.

Dr. Moore and her team are amazing! They each take their time to get to know their patient and the patients family. They are thorough, warm, and accommodating to ensure the best care for our furry one????

Dr. Moore and her entire staff are awesome! They really care about my senior dog. Dr. Moore doesn't rush you through your appointment. She allows enough time to answer all your questions and they are very thorough. The office is in a brand new building, bright, clean and beautiful. I switched from one of those "corporate" vets, and am so glad I did. Highly recommend!

In Reno for husband's work. We are from Kentucky and this Animal Hospital is awesome. They actually get down in the floor with your dog and get to know them before examining them. Brought my Husky in for a booster shot and a future spay appointment and the tech and vet were fantastic! If you want yourself and your pet treated like family, this is where you need to go. Great staff. Clean and well kept building.
