Very helpful staff. Slightly smaller store, they have a little less of a selection than some bigger pet food expresses, but it's a great neighborhood resource. The people who work here are super friendly!

Clean, laid out well, some items only have a few on the shelf. Staff friendly. Plenty of parking, easy access off Woodside Road.

Very friendly informative staff... needed a flea shampoo for My doggie and they were able to recommend one based on my dogs needs and circumstances! Had to do the fle bath twice but it seems to have done the trick! Thanks you!!

Very enjoyable pet store. Dogs enjoyed visit... Had free doggie food samples at door. Found the dog toys we were looking for. Friendly staff alerted us to sale on toys, so we were able to take advantage of that.

Lovely experience every time! Helpful staff, easy-to-navigate store and an excellent self-service dog cleaning station (includes treats, towels, multiple types of shampoo, dryer hose, etc).

I love this store location and the staff. They are beyond thoughtful! I had picked out some treats for my kitties. And they were out of stock. So they reimbursed me for the treats they did not have, and included a free bag of treats that were similar. They loved them! It was amazing customer service. Thank you Pet Food Express for taking care of me and my kitties.

Full of treats and food, and super friendly and helpful staff. Although, if you think Blue Buffalo is a good brand for your dog, you won't find it here.

Awesome friendly service, pet wash always clean

When I entered the store, Scarlet asked if I needed any help right away and she helped show me what I needed and I got the things she recommended for my puppy like dog food, toys and snacks. My puppy is super happy with what he got. The customer service Scarlet provided was great! She was really genuine. I’ll be coming here again for the great service and verity of pet needs in such a clean and organized store!

Staff here are incredibly nice. They greet you as soon as you walk in. They ask if they can help. They thank you for waiting in line and they smile and chat while I'm paying. It feels good to shop here. Staff seems happy and that makes me happy, which is good during these times. Thank you!

Fantastic customer service, love these guys!

Friendly staff, eager to help and they have good specials. They had a buy three get on free deal on their frozen section which was great since my pup loves the goat milk, bone broth and frozen yogurt.

Large open and well stocked pet supplies location - easy to park and shop! VIP vaccine clinics weekly are also very organized and well run, with great customer service and support from the staff.

The only place that sells BugCo Bug Boxes near me. Staff are all friendly and helpful. They have lots of other kinds of pet supplies. The downside is no other forms of live pet food. I wish they carried worms that lizards like to eat (eg: meal worms & phoenix worms).

Like the store and the workers. The skunk shampoo for dogs . . . Not so much
