This is our first experience at a "do it yourself dog bath." Everything we needed was available but I think they need to add ramps up into the raised tubs as well as ramps from the inside of the tub to the down ramp. The reason is that our 84# GSD needed to be lifted out of the tub and I couldn't do it. My husband tried and our freaked out dog hit her chest and hind legs on the raised tub's edge badly enough to cause pain and bruising. I'm sure management could figure out an easier solution.

Pretty good deal tbh. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner, but their leave in conditioner is actually really nice. Spaces are nice and private for the most part. Booking online is a little confusing, but overall a good wash and experience.

I prefer to bathe my dogs myself and I like this place. The stalls are private and you can let your dog be free off the leash inside your own stall because it is gated. Only thing I didn’t like was that their shampoo was watered down but that’s not a problem bec I prefer my furminator shampoo anyway. I like how they leave a treat in the towels as if this is the doggie spa. Staff was friendly and I liked that you book your time online so you don’t have to come and wait. You come in. They show you your stall with your name on it and once you’re done you just leave bec it’s all already paid for online. Less lingering around other dogs and very fluid process.

Love this place and staff! I also love the new system for booking appointments. Highly recommend this pooch place!

Love this place. Started going there with my previous dog but she passed away about 6 years ago. Brought my new puppy there last week and the place hasn't changed, still the same great place, friendly staff and great prices!

Was there 3 times first times long waiting times. Second closed third evenI was 2 o'clock there clicked early closed let me not quick wash explained pandemic nonsense...business if I come there 4th time they will tell me I have to stay outside guarantee...don't go there is a nonsense sad story good concept but lazy business habits

I recently took my dog Ace here to wash him, on the first day they opened up after being closed due to Covid 19. The price is great, staff is friendly, and everything to wash your dog is provided, even a couple treats. I appreciate the blow dryers to dry your dog after. I wish they still had aprons, but obviously due to Covid 19, they have taken those away. I recommend bringing your own! Great experience.

This place is very convenient for us since our pups love to run around at the dog park. Reasonable pricing and amazing service. They are fully equipped with everything you need to bathe and groom your dogs. We had two dogs fit in the bath and they seemed to be comfortable. A separate station to dry them. The place provides a cookie treat at the end.

I love this place! It has everything I need to get my dog nice and clean, including towels, shampoo, a spacious work area, and even a little treat for my pooch. My dog and I are regular customers.

I love this place for their self wash stations and excellent staff. Everytime we at most wait about 5-10 minutes for a stall. They have a vast variety of shampoos and also conditioner available. They have many options if treats because my dog only is happy if he gets his treat after he let's me bathe him. I don't come here often but I love it everytime. Plus they have adorable bandanas!

Great place to take my pup for a shampoo and blow dry. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The stalls are nice and big which helps when you have a large dog.

No wait time. They provide shampoo and towels to dry your dog and a treat. They do have a hair dryer to dry ur dog as well. Nice clean and very friendly. You can also buy your dog a nice treat on your way out. Love this place!

If it were possible to go lower I would. As a small business owner myself it sickens me to say their customer service is abhorrent. The website says they are open till six.. I left my office at 4:30 like 99% of adults do, rushed home to get the dogs and kids. I loaded everybody up and showed up to this cesspool at 5:03 and was turned away. I was told “our policy is to stop taking customers at 5:00 so we can clean”. I begged to wash my 12 pound dog real quick and promised it would not take long.. and was still refused for a mere 3 minutes... The kicker... it was empty inside...
