As so many others have written, Dr. Nicole had/has an angelic presence. She made us, and most of all our boy Lucca feel loved…she genuinely cared for us and the decision we were faced with. From our first interaction with Serene Passages, Care Team Member, Don, was also a blessing, and assured us that we would be taken care of. We even received follow up care texts and calls several days after we said goodbye. Completely unexpected, but reassuring that we made the right decision to lay Lucca to rest, moreover that we found Serene Passages…Dr. Nicole. Thank you so much for taking the time to care as much as you did for our situation. For giving us peace, for allowing Lucca to cross the Rainbow Bridge in comfort and with dignity. We are grateful. ❤️

Dr. Nicole Stanclift is a wonderful person. Although I was ultimately unable to utilize her service she communicated with me and supported my decisions. She comforted me and let me know she was there for me if I needed her. I highly recommend her and have told my pet parent friends about her. Her compassion and heartfelt desire to help each family she interacts with is unparalleled.

Dr Nicole was very compassionate .She spoke softly and explained everything that was happening.. The experience was quite reverent and I was very grateful for that. My Bogart was so special to me as we had been together for 13 years so it was very difficult to make the decision and I wanted to make sure my boy wasn't frightened or distressed. Dr, Nicole made sure that he was comfortable and respected. I am grateful to her

Dr. Nicole was very compassionate. She explained every step prior to moving forward, asked numerous times if I needed a minute. Having her in my home while saying good bye made the entire process very peaceful. I definitely recommend and will only use this process in the future.

We needed immediate attention for our beloved Boo. We found out the week before she has Cushings, Kidney issues and pancreatitis. We were shocked to say the least we knew she was slowing down, but she was 13 and a Scottish Terrier, so we assumed it was more age related than anything. We tried the service we used before with another beloved Scottie Bonnie and they didn't serve our area any longer. Serene Passages was able to come on the same day and we were able to spend a bit more tine with Boo. Thank you to all especially the DR as we had a lengthy visit and talk about Boo and what was happening with her, We didn't want her to suffer, She had started throwing up and stopped eating, so we knew it was time, Thank you again.

If this site had more stars I’d give ‘em!! Dr Nicole, was so gentle, loving and kind during this hard time with my siblings, dad and I. She told us everything she was doing. Before she started the process, she explained why it was good timing, she took the time to explain to me what was going on inside her body and her tumors she had. I would have to say this was a really hard time for me, but Dr.Nicole made it a little easier for me to actually let her go. I recommend this place to anyone who is a little iffy, about cremation places. I trust them 1,000%. They are so caring about this whole process! I really appreciate Dr.Nicole and the whole care team.!! Thank you again!! You guys are amazing, especially in this hard time that I’m going through! God Bless and Merry Christmas!

Putting my great dog Hannah down after 13 years was super hard to do but I knew it was what was needed. I did not want her last memory to be the stress of going into a car then to arrive at a veterinary hospital which she always feared. I called Serene passage and arranged for them to come to my house. It was the best experience we could have had for closure. Dr Nicole was gentle, caring and amazing in making a hard process the best it could be. We were left with comfort and peace and feel blessed that she was the one that ended up at our house. Thanks again, for having your wonderful service available. The Robinson's

If it's possible to have a good experience on such a sad day Serene Passages does just that. The kindest most gentle service for my sweet sweet companion. Thank you so much for caring so deeply for my Bear Cupcake in his final moments with us.

From the moment that we first spoke with Ashley and then upon meeting Dr. Nicole, we knew that Remy would be in the most caring hands as she gently passed. We know her discomfort had overwhelmed her happiness, but she managed to smile right …

We were very impressed with Dr. Nicole and Ashley. They walked through the entire process with us, and made it as smooth as possible. We will certainly call them again if we ever need their services.

The vet who came to our home was so nice. She explained everything before she helped our baby cross over. She did not rush through the process and allowed us to grieve before taking our baby away. She handled him with such care and dignity. We are fortunate to have met her and have our baby cross over in the comfort of his home. She made a very difficult time, bearable. Our hearts will forever have a void. Thank you Serene passages. Would highly recommend the service.

Dr. Nicole made things so easy and peaceful for my aggressive cat. He normally needs to be sedated when we go to the vet because he’s freaks out so much. He’s also never been fond of strangers coming in the house, he normally hides and swats at people if they get too close. Dr. Nicole took time to let Milo come to her and feel more comfortable. He actually came out and was rubbing on her legs and letting her pet him, I’ve never seen him warm up to someone so fast. The whole process was peaceful and We didn’t have have any trouble with Milo. I’m so glad I found Dr. Nicole, she made, what could have been a disaster go smoothly. She’s a gift to her craft. Her assistants Desiree and Ashley were also very kind, helpful and understanding. I will definitely call again if I’m ever in need of her services.

Losing Samantha (German Shepard) was one of the hardest things I've had to experience in a while. I didn't know how to help her and do what was needed to be done. She couldn't walk and she was so uncomfortable with everything. I knew her …
