Came in yesterday and the kid that took my order made a comment on my appearance he wears glasses and has a bunch of hair on his head and on his face. His hands were so dirty I threw away my food after receiving it. How can this guy be employed no gloves when handling food and so much facial it was cringing. I would advise the owner make sure his employees wear gloves when handling food bad experience.

Friendly and Kind .. my dogs usually run from the groomers, but this time they wanted to stay. To me that speaks volumes as to their care and experience while they were there. My English Bull never let's anyone near her nails, this was the best her nails have looked in years. My Schnauzer is older and of course scares easily, but she absolutly wanted to go back into the grooming area once they were out of the kennel. Just my dogs reactions and how they looked and acted when I picked them up will keep me going back often. These ladies do an amazing job, and they earn the love and trust of pets so quickly. This shop is a JEWEL for the city of Redlands. I hope they stay around for a long time.

They got us in as a walk-in... so it took several hours to get the dog done. But the dog and myself are both pleased with the outcome. Nice, friendly, and reasonably priced. We'll probably go back again.

I purchased dog treats for my pet friend. The employee that assisted me asked me questions regarding my dogs protein preference which helped me pick the right treats for my pet. I appreciate the assistance and services provided.

We have been coming here for years. Tina and her crew are the best groomers we have ever been to. They treat your animals as if they were their own and our dogs always look great. Wiley loves going there. Do yourself and your furbabies a favor and take them to this groomer. The best in the IE, ❤️????

They have amazing prices and excellent service but unfortunately I can not give them a perfect 5 star rating because they do not accept debit or credit which is the most common method of payment

I wish the girls would tell Tina how the dog is to be cut but they forget and dog looks nothing like it need better communication.

Took my dog here for a bath and trim. He came back snelling and looking great. Happy to support a local small business.

Kept my fur baby too long

I adopted my dog about two weeks ago from the shelter. Naturally I was a little nervous taking him to the groomers. He is a very shaky and anxious pup. To schedule the appointment I called around nine when they opened and the woman on the phone told me to just go ahead and bring him in. When I got there a woman greeted both of us warmly and with a lot of positive energy. I told her that he needed to be cleaned up, but not shaved completely. He also really needed some nail work. She said no problem and took him to the back. Then she came back out and asked me a few questions about him and what he is like. I really liked how assertive and confident she was about all of it. My dog was there for about two and half hours. When I went back to picked him up he was right there behind the counter in a kennel waiting for me. They only accepted cash or check. When they called to tell me he was ready, they mentioned that on the phone, witch was very helpful. The only thing that I would say is when I got him back he covered my shirt and my car with the little small pieces of hair that weren’t brushed off after his trimming and shaving. I don’t know if that is an extra service that I wasn’t aware of. Next time I go back I will definitely ask about that. Overall I was very pleased with the whole experience. I am looking forward to going back and seeing some other things that they offer to give my puppy a full spa day.

First time going. Get there early because this place is very popular. Both my fur babies loved it and the staff was amazing.

GREAT service, friendly, very reasonable prices and quick turnaround. Gave my sweet old girl tender loving care and she looked worlds better. Highly recommended!
