Normal chain pet store. Nothing really good or bad, except we go for crickets for our bearded dragon and there is 0 consistency

This place is kind of locking and reptiles and sea life. I'm pretty sure it's the time of year though. Any questions you have they'll be happy to answer. And they have a 14-day return policy which I love :-)

Marcus helped carry our cat tower all the way out to my daughter's trailer! Not one time did he act put out. If fact, he was very pleasant. Every visit to this store is outstanding! I bet the management staff are so proud to have a team like this.

The girls there are awesome and helpful, especially the fish department lol my aquariums have me in there quite a bit on my days off. Great store!

Employees are usually pretty good at acknowledging your there. I always say= Be smart go to Petsmart. Dont go to Petco.

Avoid the groomers they cut my dog's lid and blamed it on the puppy moving too much. Wanted 5hrs to trim his nails during a different visit, so they can take lunch even though I had an appointment at that time.

Great help getting fish. A/C in store wasn't working and apparently had been out awhile, felt terrible for employees.

I used to prefer Pet Smart to Petco. I'll never be back there by choice again. The way they care for their hermit crabs is disgusting. They don't even provide them with actual water. These creatures have gills and require water and high humidity to survive. Instead them give them some gel junk and call it good. They should have both fresh and salt water and they don't even provide fresh water. It should be animal abuse but no one care that much about hermit crabs. So sickening.
