I'd love to learn about the animals for adoption but nothing is updated. It asks if you could be a match but there is no info other than bread and name.... it says all info isn't available... not great we are looking for a mellow dog but can't even get basic info.

I've both taken in stray and injured animals and adopted from Haven. I've only had one negative experience in all the times I've been in there. They need a bigger facility, but I believe the people who work there truly care.

Made an appointment to have my dog neutered 4 month ago... showed up ready @715am to sign him in for them to tell me that somehow my dog was not on the list at all. I even had a confirmation email (which I showed them. They told me I could either reschedule 4mo down the road of wait 2hrs for a cancelation. Not stoked about that screw up. They were polite about it, that's the only reason I didn't leave 1 star instead, but it was really annoying to make one-sided arrangements.

They have always very caring people working for them. Never a bad experience.

I volunteer walking and socialize dogs.alot of great dogs of all ages ready to be adopted

Over all, they get the job done. To me all they seem to be worried about anymore is the money, not the animals which is sad since they finally became a no kill shelter but that all they see anymore, and sometimes they can be rude and unorganized but there's also good people that still work there and their bedside manner can be wonderful and very much needed in the times of losing a fur baby... Prices have seemed to resemble the beginning of this post, it's nothing more than a job anymore instead of saving the fur babies which is sad...

They really do a lot for their dogs and cats. I've been glad to adopt here a few times.

Very nice people to help look for my future baby help me get a appointment to hopefully bring my baby home.

Got my puppy neutered here and he came home with kennel cough, called them and they said someone would give me a call back. Never happened. Took him to his regular vet and ended up with a $150 bill. Despite my best efforts to keep him quarantined he passed it to my other dog so there’s another $150. I should have just payed full price at his regular vet, this has turned into a multiple week struggle.

Cats are spayed affordably. Nice caring staff and I am not gonna say anything about the receptionist's bad attitude

Very fast & fair, helpful prices if you go to the low cost clinic on Wednesdays. You get your pet license there too.

They took such good care of my little Coco. I would definitely give them 5 stars.

The staff at Haven Humane Society were very friendly and compassionate towards my dogs. They made our visit smooth and non stressful.

Haven Humane is the best place to get an animal as addition to your family.

Adopted a dog here not too long ago, lots of lovely pets looking for homes here!!

They were awesome we took our newly rescued cat to the vaccine clinic they took her right in and in a couple of mins she was back out. They told us when her next shots were due, n asked if we wanted a microchip.

I'm not always a fan of haven, but it's through them we have found our newest member of the family. Jax will be home to stay in a few days, and we couldn't be more excited. They have been awesome in our adoption of him . Thank you.

We brought our dog in to meet the dogs we liked. The folks were very helpful and kind. We adopted a very sweet dog.

Heaven Humane is awesome except for the fact that the veterinary doesn't work on Friday. This is an inconvenientce for a working lower income person such as myself and other like me. Recommendation for Heaven Humane Society to hire a second veterinary so that there is always one on staff, even ON FRIDAY‼️‼️

Just walk in and got my dog licensed and shots in about ten minutes and all done ✅

I think they charge to much to get your dog out of doggie jail. I mean $265 is a lot

Had to wait but over all the staff was friendly and felt my animals were in safe hands when I left.
