I would be this Place a Zero Star but Zero it's not an possible. I've been taking my dog here for the last two years andI have to say that service used to be really good but the last three occasions that have taken my Dog to get a Full grooming Service it has been worst every time. This last time on Friday September 17,2021 my Dog had a 12:00 appointment. It usually takes two or three hours the most for my small Dog size like mine to get done, this last time was horribly long , like I said his appointment was at 12:00 noon and they gave me back my Dog back at almost 6pm. I checked with them at around 3pm to see how much longer will take for my Dog to be ready and a very rude guy ( whom I never seen before) said he was barely going to begin to take care of my poor Dog caged already for 3 hours, now just imagine the stress he was under for he following three hours! By the way they don't answer their phones if you are trying to reach someone to find out if something it's going. But that is not all! Here I'm sharing a picture that says it all of how they harmed my dog. Whoever groomed him shouldn't be working there or no where else! Please be really careful where you take your Dogs! They can not defend themselves!

Service is excellent and the staff is very courteous and cares for your pets as much as you do.

I really like this place , they take care of Barkley very good , one time they called my husband to let him know about Barkley’s ear infection that was really bad and he needed to go to the vet ASAP .. we were really thankful they did that ! For some reason Barkley always come out super happy and relax … I highly recommend this place !

I am extremely satisfied. They did a great job. We will be back.

It felt like my puppies were well taken care of. The prices are pretty competitive and my girls looked beautiful! Glad I tried them again. I had gone before but pandemic made everything tough. Tried Pet smart but way too pricey!

Had my lil dog shaved by them 3 weeks ago for $50,00 and they did a good job. I took her back for a wash and it was to be $30.00 but they tried to charge me $45.00 stating she need a hair cut again. My lil dog was almost bald from 3 weeks ago, yet they said they have her another hair cut. ,BEWARE of unethical BS they try to do. Not Right

All I can say is WOW! They did an amazing job with my Sadie! My girl was in rough shape and picking her up today was like picking up a new dog. I definitely found our new groomer! Thank you so much for how great of a job you guys did!

This place is amazing!!! By far the best grooming place I’ve taken my dog too. They’re so sweet and very customer service oriented. But i love how they treat everyone’s pets like family! You can tell that the groomers love what they do and they love animals. I’m so happy to have found this place.

This salon is right down the street from me..it's convenient, so I decided to try Sydnee's Pet Grooming. I'm so glad I did. MJ is the best! She is so sweet, kind and knows how to handle our nervous, male cockapoo. I got a little picky about his nails...but MJ made sure they were clipped well and filed nicly. Thank you MJ and staff..you did an awesome job on Finnley!! His shave was perfect..and I loved how MJ trimmed his face, ears and tail!! He looks so handsome! We'll be back soon. Patricia did a wonderful job on our Maltipoo! I appreciated that she asked for details on how short I'd like her hair beforehand instead of just assuming. It's been 3 days and I still just can't believe how soft her hair is!! We'll be back!

Worst place ever. Disappointed that they didn’t take care of their own actions but instead fight it. They had cut my cat while being groomed there and saying others things that our cat didn’t even have to change the subject.
