St Marks Dog Resort Rancho Cucamonga, California

Very nice and clean facility for dogs. The staff is very friendly. The facility has a shop for pet supplies. There is a nice play area and swimming pool for the dogs outside in the back. I was very impressed, I highly recommend.

Read so many bad reviews about this place and it looks like a jail. Take your fur baby to Renaissance Pet resort and spa! They give tours, watch the dogs like a hawk, THEY ALLOW PITS AND ANY MIX to play with the other kids… I used to come here but was unpleasant experience but I take my dog to Renaissance and it’s so much better!

Make sure you get a tour before you leave your pooches here! And look at other facilities if you have a dog you don't want to be in contact with other dogs this is definitely not the place. Very cheaply set up and dogs who are aggressive can come in contact with other dogs since they can touch noses and put their tails through the fencing. There's constantly new staff who don't know which dogs get along and which dogs don't which is very scary if you're leaving your dog there for doggy daycare.

So sad…they say they don’t allow any bully breeds but I’ve seen a French bulldog there which is part of the bully breed. So sad..I guess all bullies are beasts

Kind workers, great with dogs!!

BEWARE!!! One of our two dogs got kennel cough which quickly turned to pneumonia after a nearly 2 week stay over the 4th of July period. We’ve read at least 2 or 3 reviews of other patrons whose dogs also got pneumonia during this same period of time. This company needs to take responsibility when an outbreak occurs. At the very least a phone call to assure patrons their concerns are important is necessary. After paying $1500+ to board both (separately due to our older dog) then a $500 vet bill to treat our sick pup we are discouraged that this business seems to have no agency to oversee its sanitation process. We can’t even get a straight answer to what their procedure for cleanliness is. We will continue to try and find out what more we can do since a call back from St. Marks (or St. Barks or whatever they are calling themselves) is never going to happen. Never again will we give them one of our family pets to care for. We are heartbroken in Upland!

Wonderful dog resort! We took our dog for boarding and he had an incredible time. Love, love, love that day camp is included! And it is incredible how they send you picture updates daily! Thank you for the amazing experience and piece of mind!

I took my Shih Tzu 3 weeks ago for bathing,grooming and nail trim…a staff member contacted my girlfriend and told her our Shih Tzu has fleas and she would need a flea bath so no problem we authorized…I picked her up a couple of hrs later and a young lady began her sales recommendations…Tropiclean flea and tick spray for dogs and bedding,Tropiclean flea bite relief treatment,Tropiclean tangle remover and Vetericyn plus antimicrobial skin care…she was very persistent and seemed very sincere so with the utmost trust I purchased all 4 products…the groomer also came out and told me the flea bath would be good for 4 months!…she now has fleas daily…I need to spray her several times a day and have bathed her several times and still fleas!…these products don’t work nor did the flea bath…I attempted to return the products and was given many excuses as to why they didn’t or wouldn’t work and then was told I would need to contact Tropical to request a refund???…St Marks offer poor customer service full of excuses along with shoddy products…I will not patronize St Marks again nor would I recommend them to anyone!!!!…..Zero stars ????????

I've taken my 1 year old dog to this day care 2 times and each time the customer service was great, but when I took her there the first time, she came back with a nasal infection after boarding there for 2 days that needed medical attention. We didn't think too much of it until we had her board there a second time for a couple days and she came back with this huge rash/hives on her back from the top of her head to her butt. Based on the type of bacteria from the lab results from the vet, it's found in unsanitary areas so it could have been from when she was groomed there, or in the play areas, or from another dog. I definitely won't be taking her back to this day care. We told the day care but of course they won't admit to anything. Hope no one experiences this with their pets, it was definitely not a cheap expense to take care of the infections, and it was horrible seeing my dog in so much pain

Looks cool! Great Location! They need to advertise down the street at Frohlich Sports so the people traveling from far away to play basketball can leave their dogs here.

Great place, was visiting family, and our 2 labs had a great time spending the day here! The splash pool was a big hit. Got a nice bath, and they were clean, tired and happy on the long drive home!!!

First time I've taken dogs to anyplace other than the vet. My pups needed their claws clipped. A bath includes claw clipping. My pups & I are very happy with the results!

Great place to get dogs groomed. Handlers were very caring and put dogs at ease. They still look great after two weeks. Awesome.

The person who answered the phone was very pleasant and knowledgeable about services that are offered here. I scheduled my dogs appointment for the following week.

Such a cheerful, clean and cute resort. My dog gets so excited when we pull up and the staff, when they can, sends me pictures of her having and amazing time with a huge smile.

Oh my gosh! Moose has been to several doggy daycares and this is his favorite. Last week when I took him in he dragged me to the door to go in the back to play. It's a few dollars more expensive but well worth it

My Mabel loves going to day camp. She comes home happy and tired. I'm very happy I heard about the furr seasons.
