From all the veterinarians I've took my boys too I love Rancho west I even drive now over an hr to bring my boys here my fur kids are well tooking care of here

Throrough veterinarian doctor, clean and nice place

My baby isn't happy with her cone but she's spayed and will no longer be hot in her fur pants for Tomcat attention.

I'm travelling through the state from WA and I was able to get my seen within a couple of days after seeing an issue with my dog. The Vet was so good. Great personality, seemed to really care about the animals (I had my 2 dogs) and appeared to be really knowledgeable about the issues at hand. They also give you upfront quotes of what they're suggesting be done. Compared to the pricing back home in WA, the rates seemed more than fair.

Such a great place. My dog actually loves going to vets office. All the techs are wonderful.

Great Vet, great workers. Everything is explained and everyone who works there loves animals. You can go inside but do to Covid the Dr. Does the exam in the back then will explain to you her findings and discuss options.

This place is fantastic! Called in the morning when my dog started limping. They didn’t have any appointments but said I could walk in & they would work me in. The staff is very friendly & the office smells great!! I didn’t get good news & Dr Diana Stiles took her time & explained all me options & even what she would do. Thank you! You have a new client!!

Fairly priced, super friendly and staff super knowledgeable. I have had to call a couple of times to ask questions and they always get back to us in a timely manner. The doctor here is awesome and definitely feel like I can trust her.

The people are so special

Reception and the exam room were clean and all the staff were super sweet and caring! Prices are very reasonable, regular Vet exam was around $40 for a large dog. I will definitely be taking my other dogs here in the future!

Oh man! Dr. Stiles is the BEST vet I've ever worked with. I have four dogs and say the least!!!! The last vet I went to just looked at me like dollar signs. My dogs were ALL SICK!!!!!! I broght my pack here, knowing my last vet was not helping my dogs. It only took one vet visit!!! after that all my dogs were perfectly fine! I literally haven't been back to the vet since. I can't thank her enough for fixing all my dog's problems one has seizures one has food allergies the other one has ear problems lol we were a hot mess thanks again everybody for helping us!!!! ❤️????❤️????❤️????⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I found everyone to be very kind. It was very comforting that I could go in with my pup. They did take her into the back but the physician came into the room to talk with me about her condition. This was so much better then having to wait in my car for a phone call. Masks are required. I appreciate there services and highly recommend them.

I love them! The staff and doctors are VERY professional and caring for our 4 legged friends. My dog had a tumor removed in November, now his a totally different dog very loving they must have put a LOVE spell in him. Lol

Awesome Vet! Super nice and clean!

It was a very clean facility, they require everyone to wear a mask. It looks like they are adding to their hospital as I saw another space being renovated. Currently they are examining pets away from the owners to stay compliant with Covid safety guidelines. I really like how professional the staff are and Dr. Stiles is very patient and made sure I had all my questions answered regarding the spaying process. They even print out an estimate for you.

I appreciate speaking directly to the Veterinary and being able to come into the building.

Dr Stiles takes care of our our five Huskies. She's kind, understanding... and you can tell she really cares about your pet. Her team is always smiling and couldn't be any nicer.

They got us in to see the doctor on a Saturday starting. I was worried about my dog so I was grateful. The prices were competitive and the staff was very friendly. I think I may be switching vets :)

everyone is great at this place

This is the worst place I have ever been, my little puppy was diagnostic as parvo positive and I have been informed leave here for 3 days treatment, however when I received call on the day 3, which they are closed on weekend, I bring my puppy back home watch out, he become worse and worse, however doctor said he is better than yesterday. When he is home he keep diarrhea and vomiting, keep suffering die in same day. My heart is broken, he is a very cute dog and no one care about us beside money, a large bill charged, I feel hopeless under current circumstances without job, they have no mercy and no cares. I was tearing wrote this review, every time I saw my puppy's picture, I don't know how suffer he is, this is a nightmare

Wonderful doctor Diana Stiles, fabulous staff

I had taken my dog for an emergency service here and found out some bad news, therefore, I had to make the most difficult decision for my 8yr old dog. It was the hardest thing to do but the staff made it as comfortable as possible. ALL were welcoming and caring towards my baby and myself. I would like to praise their professionalism. I’m lucky that my dog was looked after here and was shown love. I have never been to this facility but I will recommend this place always!! Thank you.

Fantastic place! After going to multiple other vets with no answers Dr.Stiles was very professional and you can tell she truly cares for animals. We were able to get proper medication for our fur baby and also a concise treatment plan. I would leave 10 stars if I could. I couldn't be more happier with the service provided.

10 star???? Very efficient, very clean, very patient, all staff very professional, & caring, explained all information very clearly. Very reasonable pricing for whole circumstance with my pet.
