Suzanne is awesome with my dog and he is not easy.

Horrible experience I'd had called to schedule an appointment for my dog and I let them know he's a big dog my parents had him outside and he is also shedding like crazy they knew this and that's why they were charging me more which I didn't mind well finally the day comes for his bath Jim gets there and gives us total attitude stating that they do not service big dogs and that the area they sent him to does not belong to him so therefore he will not provide the services I called the company and of course no answer I left a message and once again they didn't return my call horrible place I do not recommend them to anyone horrible customer service they have absolutely no love for pets

I am very disappointed. I called and tried to make an appointment for my 2 dogs. I got a message that said they were not accepting any new clients.

First time they came out to groom our Corgi, Truly, all seemed well. Truly is a sweet dog and gentle as the day is long. The groomer did a good job on her and we made another appointment. When she came out again, the groomer took about 20 minutes(which does not seem long enough to do a thorough job and cost $70 bucks) and told us that Truly did not like having her nails cut. She DID NOT tell us ANYTHING more about Truly - just about her nails. When I mentioned making another appointment, she was vague and then left. I have tried to call her several times to book another appointment and she has just ignored me. Will not return my calls nor give any explanation. Just ignoring. I find this to be VERY unprofessional and I DO NOT recommend this mobile grooming salon unless you like being ignored by the groomer.

Passion fur Pets solved all of our problems regarding getting our cat groomed. We would go to a brick and mortar groomer and they would say it would be one hour...six hours latter our kitty still wasn't groomed. We saw Jim and Susanne's Van in our neighborhood, I wrote down the telephone number and called them. Susanne called me back right away and promised that Jim would be punctual (and he always is), and my kitty never has to be subjected to long stressful waits with barking dogs and being cooped up for hours again. Jim and Susanne do such professional and friendly work, our kitty looks and smells wonderful. I previously used PetSmart grooming services and I regret that immensely. They mistreated my dog and from then on out I was always terrified of taking my dog anywhere else. When Jim came to the house he was friendly and attentive and very professional. I think the best thing I could have asked for was that my dog was not afraid of him afterwards and seemed fairly content with the process. I very much recommend their services. It's well worth the investment.

I first found out about Passion Fur Pets by seeing their mobile grooming salon on the road one day. I called and talked to Suzanne. I was very impressed by her in terms of professionalism, politeness, compassion and most important her love for animals. The first dog I had that she groomed had long fur and lots of it. Suzanne took her time with him which I was so pleased with. Then when we had two dogs, she still took her time with them. That means a lot to me, as I am an animal lover. I get very attached to my pets. I would definitely recommend Passion Fur Pets to anyone and in fact I have done that. They are wonderful!

I've used Passion Fur Pets for over 8 years. Excellent service, always punctual and the mobile grooming vans are modern and do not leak on your driveway. You will always receive a courtesy reminder before your visit. Jim has always had a way with my labs, even when they were scared to get into the van. I will not trust any one else with my dogs nails as they are rather deformed and other groomers have cut them too short and caused bleeding and pain. Bottom line…….Jim and Susanne Johnson are professional, do excellent work and when they leave both my dogs and myself are happy. Bruce Malcolm

yes, we've used petsmart and a few private grooming salons over the years with our miniature poodle and german shepherd, but now that we use passion fur pets, we'd NEVER go back. in the past, my poor poodle would be returned to me from independent salons with cuts on her belly and legs, the bows would never stay in her ears and she'd be gone all day locked up in a cage with strange, barking dogs. now, with susanne at passion for pets, she's cared for lovingly and has never been returned with cuts, her bows stay in until the next grooming and she's happy, bright and clean and smells like heaven! susanne is punctual and makes appointments for me for the whole year. she calls with reminders and is like family! thank you susanne for loving my pets as much as i do! love your personalized service and friendly personality! xoxo my snow and flo say thank you too! love, mrs. fran cobb and family upland, ca

Having a mobile service come to the home is so convenient. My dog used to get so stressed out when I would take her to a regular groomer. Now, all she has to do is go out to their mobile truck and she's back in the house in no time. We love Jim & Susanne from "Passion Fur Pets". They really know what they are doing and they do it with lots of TLC. I will never take my girl back to a regular groomer again. Not when I have Passion Fur Pets to take care of my fur kid!
