I've been going to Lorries Paw Spa for at least 15 years. The groomers are dog lovers. They take good care of my fur baby. The best

Tried this place and they did a great job at grooming, but it was a little pricey. I paid $75 for his cut. I usually pay $50 at his regular grooming spot.

Our poodle is old and cranky and they are very good to him. Our dog complains about every aspect of getting a cut and being in a kennel. They have amazing patience and kindness. They are very good to him. He always looks great and the price is reasonable.

Nothing but FABULOUS! ❤️ Lorrie, Courtney and the entire staff are wonderful, empathetic to your fur babies needs and treat them like their own. I have Nothing but Love and Respect for this place. I have back issues and it’s hard for me to care for my Spencer, he’s a Schnauzer. Spencer has slight anxiety because of a bad experience elsewhere. ???? He’s perfectly fine now with Lorrie and her Angels of a staff! ???????? I’ll be there next week! ❤️

Had the WORST experience at this place today. Can I give 0 stars? My dog is 1 years old and has only had 2 trips to the groomers in her life. Both times being at Lorries. First two times, never once any mentioning of any issues. This time during drop off, I mentioned, we are working on her "attitude" as she tends to get timid and nippy. Their response: "We had some issues last time but we do the best we can" Weird, no mention on that last time what so ever but no problem. They gave me an estimated time between 2-3pm for pickup. 4pm rolled around and I decided to give them a call as I hadn't heard anything yet. Owner answers, says "she's doing fine" but they need until 4:30. Hmm okay. I show up at 4:30 with them still working on my dog. Owner approached me and says they can no longer service my dog unless I give her a sedative as she's "just too much" and it takes two people to groom her due to her trying to jump off the table. You're a dog groomer establishment.. she's too much? LAUGH OUT LOUD. I mentioned that she's only been groomed twice and she still needs a few more times in order to get used to being groomed. I also reminded them of her age in which owner became VERY rude and defensive. She pointed fingers in my face over the counter and told me she's been doing this for 30 years and good luck finding any groomer that would groom my dog. If you've been grooming for 30 years, why are you not experienced in scared sh**less dogs that are not yet accustomed to being groomed? She's just a baby and she's scared and I will not drug my dog so you can do your job better. She used words like "hunny and sweetie" to be condescending. She also said something along the lines of me being a terrible owner by subjecting her to grooming without sedatives but I don't remember her exact wording. The owner was absolutely terrible to me during pick up which really makes me wonder how they treated my baby while she was there. To anyone visiting Lorrie's please know that even with "30 years of experience", they will not care for dogs that are a little rough around the edges or are new to grooming. Owner is rude and hurtful.

Best best best grooming service in the IE . Hands down the best groomers around I highly highly recommend Lorrie’s paw spa I won’t go anywhere else . Staff is all amazing very friendly , accommodating, very professional, and very good at what they do . Plus the shop is very cute , cozy, comfortable, and very clean . My dog gets so excited to go see Lorrie everytime, and they are so loving and gentle with the animals I love it . and I love that I can leave my animals there with no worries at all I trust them 100% . Great customer service goes a long way . Hands down the best grooming around , if you want great service and the reassurance that you fur babies are being well taken care of then don’t go anywhere else but to Lorrie’s paw spa . 5 stars all the way . Thank you Lorrie’s paw spa for always taking good care of my animals and making them look so adorable every time . You guys are the best .
