Very friendly but more importantly, great with our two Chi's! Very reasonable, fantastic job. My girls look great, feel great and smell great! They always do a Awesome job, highly recommend!

We have been taking our Malti poo to Yvonne for 15 years and our Bichon for 3 years. They are always well treated and groomed to perfection. Art and Yvonne are tremendous people and a joy to do business with. They have been a Blessing for our dogs and in our lives. I wouldn't take our girls anywhere else.

I was very disappointed in the way our Art treated me and my husband. My husband made an appointment for our dog that had been going there over two years he failed to tell me he made the appointment so we forgot about the appointment called us we were 30 miles away from our home and I told him we couldn’t make the appointment and I’m very sorry. And he told me the manager could no longer cut my dogs hair because someone else could have been in that slot I could’ve been in a car accident anything could’ve happened so he made me feel like the money was more important than my dog. Because I felt like we could’ve just reschedule it I can’t remember by Christmas gifts for him and the owner so I was very hurt on the way they treated us the actions they took Wanting me to pay first before my service unacceptable

I don’t take my dog to the groomer often because I usually do it myself. I called today and, because I haven’t taken my dog there in a couple years, they don’t want to groom him because it’s not enough people. Fyi, i was told they would only take pets who are coming in every 4-6 weeks..... This is the second time I was told no when I came here. A year ago I tried to come to this groomer to only be turned away because I was 5 minutes late to my appt. They play too many games to be reliable and I just don’t trust how fast they are in grooming. Shortcuts are definitely being made. Be Ware.

There is not enough wonderfulness that I can say for these people. We started talking our first dog there because she was not ok with kennels. The groomers here are friendly and fast, and do incredible work. It got to where it little dog would be excited to go and literally jump into their arms (which she would never do). After she passed away, we kept taking our new dog there and had the same level of over the top service! We drive up from Orange County just to take our baby! Recommended to everyone!

This grooming facility is very discriminating. They ONLY take pets who have been spayed or neutered and its NOT even advertised this way!!! So, if you're in the area and your pet needs some much needed TLC during this pandemic then this is NOT the place to take them because only pets that have been fixed may be pampered by the best. Ridiculous, inconvenient and disheartening.

They love your pet and take extra special care of them when grooming. My pup was so happy after her visit. And my son said she smelled really good. The customer service is amazing! They book fast so make sure to call plenty ahead. The bow is courtesy of Doggie Couture and she left it on.

They take such good care of our Moose. I love that the dogs aren't kenneled in between drop off and pick up.

I always struggled to get my dogs groomed with petsmart and other mom and pops grooming. But this place is great and fairly price. Also Art always tries to the best to work both of my dogs in at the same time which is great

I've been taking my little Yorkies for full grooming services as well as bath & touch up trims for the last 5 months. The staff is fantastic with my little dogs making sure they feel safe and calm when I drop them off. Their grooming skills are excellent. My little puppies look picture perfect after they work their magic. They seldom take more than 1 hour to complete both dogs. I highly recommend them. Very satisfied with everything.

Great price and quick service.

Brought our dogs in and was greeted by owner, and very sweet young lady. I explained how I wanted my dogs hair cut (not shaved) and they told me that they had to shave him. He had about 4-5.small matted areas on legs which I asked them to just shave that area but leave his main coat a little longer. "I know it will look a little blotchy, but that's what I want",.... still nope, still not going to do it. I assumed since I was going to pay for it, I could have my dogs hair cut the style I wanted it, crazy me! I said I would take my dog and cut the small mats out myself. The owner told me if I didn't leave him then I could not bring him back to the shop! Of course fine by me at that point! What an excellent way to teach his employees how to encourage new business!!

Very friendly dog groomers. Dogs are not caged which is good so dogs aren't afraid to go get groomed.
